- JGJohn Gush3 days ago5.0Clean hotel and room. Parking is an enclosed structure with a gate code which is nice. Shout out to the manager and front desk staff, they're great. There was a problem with my original room because the previous guest left a mess and checked out late. They were quick to help me out into another room.

Con: The carpeting looks a little nasty; akthough I think the color and pattern does not help. No one wanted to put their down on it. We never walked in the room barefoot.

I waited for about 5 min, then knocked and called out to see if anyone was there. After waiting another 10 minutes with no response, I called the hotel phone because I wanted to make sure I checked out properly and wouldn’t get any unexpected charges. After around 15 min, an Asian girl came out and was quite rude. She said she was on her break and told me I should have kept waiting or just put the card and leave. She also said she needed another 15 minutes before she could check me out and give me my receipt. I stayed at the hotel for 10 nights, and with the deposits charged, it was important for me to confirm my checkout properly. The situation could have been handled in a much more polite and professional way.
