  Old Hotel needs to be upgraded But seemed like Best in the area hence we stayed there Some staff was nice some was really rude

  Pls public health agency needs to shut this place down. Stinky bathrooms with clogged drains, dirty rugs that smell like feet, and super unsafe for families. Hot tub broken but would not have gone in anyway. Bus stop across the street attracts an unsavory crowd. This place scared my kid so we checked out. And to top it off…the key system does not work which suck at 11pm when you want to get in your room and the nice front desk person is kindly helping another guest get in their room.

  Overall, a decent hotel. Located very conveniently near Safeway and a few restaurants that you can actually walk to. Large parking areas. Pretty trees surrounding the hotel, which is beautiful. Nice pool and Jacuzzi area. The lobby and breakfast area are comfortable and clean. The rooms were tidy and clean and we had a nice view of overlooking the pool and Jacuzzi. No one came in to clean our room and we were gone every day but then again we didn’t request it. The toilet took forever to flush and sometimes the TV got wonky but love that it had a nice size Refrigerator and microwave. The only major complaint about this hotel is the staff was not friendly at all. Every time we went downstairs to get our breakfast, no one ever greets you or says hi. They just have a sour look on their face. Even when we checked in, they weren’t welcoming. That starts the whole trip off in a not so positive way. Otherwise pretty decent place pretty decent price. The breakfast is served from 6 AM to 10 AM every morning and that was a definite plus. Bagels, raisin bread, two machines to make some Belgian waffles even one with a mini waffle maker. Some fun toppings like chocolate chips, strawberry jam for the waffles. Some nice warm scrambled eggs with sausage patties and nicely seasoned potatoes plus a yogurt dispenser, fresh fruit, teas, etc. Might or might not come back only because the staff is rude.

  Room 173, really broken mattress springs. Third class mattress. Room had bad smell…….
