Got a room and returned to the desk for recommendations for dinner. Once again Cody was a shining star with a recommendation and suggestion on where to park! Great CLEAN room, Awesome friendly staff. Will definitely recommend and return when we travel here again.

We stayed at the Best Western Plus South Coast Inn for 2 nights over Labor Day weekend, and we were pleasantly surprised by how good our experience was! For a 2-star hotel, this place exceeded our expectations. The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and cooperative throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the free parking was a big plus. The complimentary breakfast was quite good, and the heated pool and hot tub were fantastic — especially after spending the day exploring Santa Barbara. We were traveling as 3 families, and the hotel was kind enough to arrange our rooms right next to each other, which made things much easier for us. One evening, we ordered pizza for dinner and asked if there was somewhere we could sit together. The receptionist went above and beyond and offered us space in the breakfast area to enjoy our dinner together. It was such a thoughtful gesture and really made us feel welcome. Another thing we appreciated was that we didn’t have to pay for the hotel upfront, which made the booking experience convenient. Overall, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay and felt we got excellent value for our money. If you’re looking for a clean, spacious, family-friendly hotel with friendly staff, free parking, breakfast, and a great pool/hot tub in the Santa Barbara/Goleta area, this is definitely worth considering! We would happily stay here again. 👍
- KTKay TaySep 6, 20261.0The water smelled like sewage everytime we flushed the toilet a nasty smell came out of nowhere. We didn’t want to shower or brush our teeth with the gross water. And the room was dirty.
