The rooms were spotless, the staff were friendly and professional, and the breakfast was excellent. The management was impressive, and the overall service felt like a 5-star hotel experience. The hallways and lobby were also very clean and welcoming. Highly recommended for a comfortable and pleasant stay!

I’m new to the area and was visiting on vacation, and when I asked a simple question, I was met with what I felt was a very passive-aggressive and dismissive response. Having over five years of customer service experience myself, I found the interaction particularly disappointing and unprofessional. I unfortunately did not get the employee’s name, but the interaction made both me and my friends feel very uncomfortable. It’s unfortunate because the property itself is lovely, and the location is fantastic for tourists. It’s within a convenient driving distance of the beach, the Hollywood Sign, and many other popular attractions. Overall, I had a good experience with the property itself, but I would strongly encourage management to focus on improving the front desk customer service. A friendly and welcoming interaction can make a huge difference, especially for guests who are new to the area.
