  Clean rooms, well-stocked breakfast, quiet rooms? Look elsewhere. This building is pretty new and in a convenient location. Beyond that, it is on track to succumb to apathy. We were there for 5 days recently and previously stayed there 9 months earlier for a similar amount of time. In the span of Thursday-Tuesday, our room was only cleaned and restocked one time with clean towels. The breakfast area was chaotic, but most breakfast areas are, so no penalties there. The problem was that they appear to only have one guy working it when it is clearly a two person job. The pan of gravy to accompany the biscuits and gravy was left empty and unrefreshed until it was hardened into a veneer. Cinnamon roll pans sat empty for over 30 minutes, while the solitary pancake machine alternated between being out of batter and needing parts replaced. If you like cherry yogurt, you're in heaven because you'll find 20 containers of that and no other flavors.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We booked this hotel for a few days during a family trip to Los Angeles and were absolutely delighted with our stay. The first thing worth mentioning is the incredible cleanliness. In all our travels, this is probably the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in. The elevators, hallways, common areas, and of course the room itself were spotless. There wasn’t a single stain, scuff, or sign of wear in the room. All the furniture looked brand new, and the overall atmosphere was fresh and modern. It was clear that the hotel is very well maintained. There is a pool and a gym on the property. The pool is quite simple, but impeccably clean. There were always fresh towels, comfortable lounge chairs, and crystal-clear water. We would also like to highlight the staff. Everyone was very friendly, attentive, and ready to help in any situation. We also really enjoyed the breakfasts. The menu was varied, and the dishes changed slightly each day, so breakfast never felt repetitive. There was a good selection for both adults and children, including healthier and lighter options. Everything was very tasty. Parking is paid separately — $25 per day — but it is absolutely worth it. The parking area is covered, closed at night, and equipped with surveillance cameras. Thanks to this, we felt completely at ease about our car. We would like to give special thanks to the housekeeping staff. They do truly tremendous work, and thanks to their attention to detail, the hotel is kept in impeccable condition. The cleanliness here truly deserves the highest praise — from the common areas to the rooms, everything looks perfectly maintained. It is clear that the housekeeping team puts a lot of effort and care into guests’ comfort, and it does not go unnoticed. During our entire stay, we did not find a single thing we didn’t like. From the rooms to the common areas and the staff’s work — everything was top-notch. I am very happy to give this hotel 5 stars and will definitely stay here again if I return to this area.
