- WCWai ChangMay 12, 20265.0Worth every penny. The experience at the first floor including daily pet fee $20 was pleasant. The hotel include free breakfast that include eggs bacon bagel juice coffees. There is free parking and gas station as well as 7eleven across the street. In the morning we hear chicken sounds too, might come from nearby farm. The room were nice, spacious, nicely renovated and clean, with patio. The only downside is the upstairs walking was a bit noisy. Gym was without towel when I went first thing AM. We still enjoy the stay. Free coffee machine. Awesome gym with weights, treadmill, Nice and relaxing dorm type of hotel that worth every penny. Very close to gilory outlet- 15 mins walk/5 mins drive

- LRLynn RouseApr 6, 20261.0Hotel room had a leak in the ceiling (had been patched previously so they knew it did) It rained hard during the night soI put a waste basket under the leak, had to empty can once, and the drip drip, kept me awake most of the night. Receptionist did not believe me, said I had to wait for housekeeping to verify it and I was charged for the room.No apology, nothing. I will never stay here again.

Rude staff members with the exception of one young man who was nice. Bottles in the shower for shampoo and body wash were empty. Not even close to being worth the over $700.00 and 28,000 best western points utilized for the 1 night stay. Disappointing for sure.
