  You get what you pay for. There’s roaches in the rooms, the light went out in the shower room… The location was ok, and there was parking.

  We had a late arrival to the property at 10:30pm, nowhere on the property reservation stated that we needed to check in at 10pm or we'll be considering a no show and not get our refund. No where on the reservation state that there was a front desk staff only at 2pm-10pm. The staff Mike was not helpful at all; he was rude and probably had oversold as there parking lot had no parking available at all. He said he contact us through our booking to cancel the stay because we didn't show up which was nowhere to be found on my end nor in my booking as it was still showed as booked on my end, The reservation says check in at 2pm and last call to check in is at any time. If there was a specific time that we needed to check in by it should've been documented in the instruction. Or if late arrivals there should've been some sort of information on how to let staff know that you are arriving late to the property to avoid any miscommunication. We had nowhere to go because we are from a different part of area so because of the front desk Mike and the hotel's incompetence to be able to communicate effectively on their booking and in-person they've ruined our trip as we had to drive to another area and pay an overpriced hotel to stay at. Mike showed lack of customer service skills all he said was there's no refund because he canceled our booking. Very unprofessional to have someone like Mike manage front desk especially if he lacks to communication effectively or is able to assist.

  The Sure Stay Best Western's general manager doesn't answer you, just hides from you. Even worse I used a Best Western gift card of $100 yet I was charged on my credit card. Talk about cheating, a total rip off!!!! Even worse the hotel ignores you as they respond to people's reviews with empty scripted rhetoric. If the manager/owner of this places was a serious person, they would take care of issues. Floor was full of spots. While other rooms have curtains and blinds, my room had a towel hanging as a makeshift curtain. Cheaper than a rundown dirty old motel. Stains on the coffee machine. The guy working late night at the desk also doesn't want to talk to you or care for you, dude you work the night shift answer the front desk and help people. Meanwhile you are stuck in a sketchy parking lot with homeless people everywhere. The homeless are not just loitering at the front of the property, homeless people actually walk in and around the parking lot. This property deserves all the criticism is gets especially with how they treat you by ignoring you and hiding from the matter as the only way they care is if you post bad reviews. See the pictures since the general manager sits there and does nothing until you call them out publicly in the reviews.
