  I stay here often. They removed the in room coffee makers. I went to the front desk to get one, which they graciously provided. They were able to locate coffee pods the next day for the coffee maker. Thank you!

  At the outset, the person at the front desk is rude to the core. I tried to book a room today, she couldn't do so and made me talk with some senior of her's. Her senior did a pretty good job and booked a room at $114 including taxes. When my sister reached there, that front desk girl said it is $114 plus taxes and would not take any call and not speak to me. It was so frustrating experience. I had a wonderful experience at palm springs and disney. However, this experience has left me with a sour experience. Thanks for your not so.kind efforts. Today is 4th of August 2026.

  I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the customer service I received during my recent stay at the Holiday Inn South Fresno, California. When I made my reservation, I was unaware that it had been booked through a third-party company that presented itself as Holiday Inn. I needed to change my reservation from a one-bedroom room to a two-bedroom room. When I contacted the hotel for assistance, I spoke with an employee named Nina. Unfortunately, Nina repeatedly told me there was nothing she could do and insisted I contact the third-party booking company. I explained that I had already spoken with the third party, and they told me that any room changes had to be handled directly by the hotel. Despite my explaining that I was being sent back and forth between the hotel and the booking company, Nina refused to assist me or offer any alternative solutions. Frustrated, I went to the hotel in person, where I was helped by another employee, Sanmeen. His customer service was outstanding. He listened to my situation, assured me he would do his best to help, and was able to find a solution by switching us to a room that met our needs. He was courteous, professional, and genuinely cared about resolving the issue. The difference between these two experiences was remarkable. While Sanmeen demonstrated the level of service I expect from Holiday Inn, Nina showed no willingness to help or even attempt to find a solution. If Sanmeen was able to resolve the issue, it is difficult to understand why Nina refused to make any effort. I hope this feedback is taken seriously. Employees who interact with guests represent your brand, and customer service should include a willingness to listen, communicate, and try to help rather than simply redirecting guests without offering assistance. I would like this complaint to be reviewed, and I also hope Sanmeen receives the recognition he deserves for providing exceptional customer service and turning an otherwise frustrating experience into a positive one.   Great place to spend the night and get some rest, the bed was comfortable and staff was friendly. The parking lot felt safe and was being monitored. Breakfast was good too.
