  Good location and seemingly well kept. But our room had BED BUGS, we were bit like crazy during our stay and thereafter. Avoid avoid avoid.

  The breakfast was amazing great customer service room had access to YouTube,Netflix.pool was very clean good size good amount of restaurants nearby regal movie theater across the street

  This place was the most best place to stay in Fresno. It has a swimming pool, which was fantastic. The rooms were big, and the beds were very comfortable. The TV has youtube and Netflix. The front desk was so kind and nice to us. There were Denny’s right next to this hotel so we could buy from there. The road to this hotel was a little bit hard to understand, but we found the way. This hotel is a green building which looks a little bit ugly, but the inside part was so luxury and nice.

  Stayed two nights at the hotel. Night staff was great. I asked for a light comforter but got a blanket instead. The AC is automatic and it gets hot at night. On the second night I found a used face mask on the floor tucked between the bed and nightstand. One of the sheets also had blood stains on it. We were planning to extend the stay for another night due to the convenience of the location and simply asked to change the room. The girl at the front desk was very rude. She stated there would be an early check-in charge for moving to a different room unless we wanted to wait until 3pm. This was absolutely ridiculous because what’s the difference when you have a room available and this would have been our third night at the hotel? Because of her behavior, we checked out.

  This place claims to have security they don't the gate is unlocked there's homeless people in the parking lot no one does anything there's cats everywhere and you're not allowed to take food to your room. Plus the street told me that they didn't want us to have food in her room because it brings the roaches out meaning they have roaches they know it they just don't want people to see it.
