  I did not book my reservation correctly, but they were able to make it right and give us conjoining rooms as requested. The woman during check-in was quite busy. I’m curious why there weren’t two clerks during check-in? The bed was super comfortable and the room was clean. My favorite part of the whole stay was I believe her name was Ariza during breakfast on May 17th. She was so busy and kept everything stocked and was so happy to do so. She even offered me yogurt when she saw me looking for some. Thanks for my jacket, guys!!! It’s one of my favorites to travel with!! :) #510 >>> Colorado

  This hotel is fabulous. It’s beautiful. It’s clean. The breakfast is excellent. Who could ask for anything more one of my all-time favorites and I work to where I stay in a lot of hotels this is in my top five

  I stayed at this hotel for a couple nights and overall it was a pretty good experience. The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was nice and I slept well both nights. The decor looked modern, even tho some parts was starting to show a little wear. The staff was friendly and check-in was quick, which I appreciated after a long day of traveling. There was also a small gym and a pool, I didn’t use them much but they looked decent enough. The location is really convenient, close to restaurants and shops so it made things easier. One small issue was the noise, I could hear people in the hallway pretty clearly sometimes which was kinda annoying at night. Also the wifi was a bit slow at times, not a huge deal but still noticeable. Overall I’d give it around 4 stars, it’s a solid place to stay and I would probably come back again.

  It's not the same, since new owners. The breakfast is definitely low grade. We use to have choice of fresh cut up fruit, and variety of cereals. They don't refill as it goes down. Several didn't get stuff because the ladies did not update n restock. Our room was on 3rd floor. The patio balcony area, was dirty. Don't know when they started allowing dogs on same side of no dogs. But several were loud barking at night. We were headed up to room, there was poop on the mat infront of elevator. Our room was good.

  DO NOT BOOK! It’s 1:53 am right now and I couldn’t sleep due the loud noise of the building. I’m on the top floor but every night it sounds like someone it stomping upstairs! The hallway smells like a crime scene and the carpet looks like one too. Scary hotel! I called to change the room 2 days ago, never heard back. I am here for a business trip so I can’t change hotel. There are also weird ppl in the day just smoking drugs around the building. It already smells like hell. Oh breakfast… never enough food and terrible ventilation. Every time I need to change my clothes after breakfast otherwise I will smell like I just finished a shift at a fast food store. Food itself is terrible as well… but honestly I do not expect too much. Location is good.
