What should have been a small issue turned into a massive problem because of the way he handled the situation. He constantly made it seem like he was superior to the guests, acting as if he was always right and we were wrong. This was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel. My work commitments required me to stay at this hotel twice within a two-week span, but after this experience, it will definitely be my last time staying here. There was no professionalism, no hospitality, and not even a simple apology when he was clearly mistaken. We were never informed about breakfast hours, where our room was located, or how to contact the front desk if we needed assistance. Basic customer service was completely absent. Management seriously needs to address this issue. I would never recommend staying here based on the treatment we received.

- TDthe real donatelloApr 15, 20263.0This was a pleasant stay, though the location could be better since it’s directly off the freeway and traffic can be annoying, but the rooms themselves were alright. The bedding was very uncomfortable, though that’s expected. What I didn’t expect was finding what looked like a condom (it even had a crusty, dried-up substance that suspiciously looked like semen within) in the bedsheets 😃. When we reported it, we were treated with skepticism and did not receive an apology. Zero accountability. Apart from that nightmare, the food served at breakfast was decent enough, and the hot tub/pool/gym was a nice addition. If you can get past the questionable service and the irritating location, (also tight parking and spaces—I don’t recommend coming here with a big car.) I say go for it! 7/10 👍
