This hotel only has one manager, and I’ve been reaching out for two weeks, leaving messages with whoever answers the phone, everyone has the same response that this manager is always in a meeting, and she never returns a phone call. How does a hotel have only one manager and she only works five days a week. How is there? No one else left to be in charge in case of any emergencies or hotel issues. This makes no sense. If the customer service is bad, why would I want to stay at this place. Clearly I wouldn’t be taking care of because there’s no one to go to. Everyone that answers the phone has no answer to provide and no direction to give. They need better training and this hotel needs more than one manager.

I get off of work every day. And walk into my room, my AC is set on 68 and it's 78, if not 80°. Every day I walk in my room.
