  Water was shut off for hours without any notice. Loud construction all day, even on the weekend and you’re greeted by a disgusting elevator. The used, bloody, bandaid was there our entire stay 😃 We booked this hotel to be near a wedding venue and of course, day of, water was shut off and delayed our time of getting ready. After more waiting time and two phone calls more to the front desk, Angie, was kind to let me shower in another room. Aside from “adding points” to my non existing IHG account, no compensation was offered.

  Have stayed at this location 4x now. Overall great location for us. Close to family & friends. Right off the freeway, lots of restaurants & stores nearby. This stay however, we felt the stay wasn’t as positive as previous times. Hotel needs updating, looking old in parts. Free breakfast was lackluster. Pastries dry. Blankets were not soft, felt scratchy. The room temperature control was weird. Either too hot or cold. Did not seem to stay steady, had to adjust it all the time. And the biggest issue was the outlets near the bed did not work. We ended up having to go buy an extension cord and plug it in across the room in order to charge our phones.

  The customer service is horrible! I rented a room for a friend, or tried to rather, and I have never in my life had such a difficult time with a hotel. The front desk person needed me to fill out a form, then he did not actually use the information. I had to send a form saying it was okay to charge my card and a photo of my driver's license. I asked if they had received it. An hour later I finally got a response. That was after they told me my email address was not on the reservation. My friend showed up and hour later and they told them they couldn't use my card as the information sheet was not legible, they had not informed me of that. I almost always stay at IHG hotels and this is one I would never book again. The front desk guy was not at all trained and he was astonishingly terrible.

  Good hotel but my room (122) was a bit old and the water wouldn't drain
