  We were greeted by a young woman. She was very friendly and helpful. She made our stay easy and comfortable. Her name is Kylie Miles and her customer service was top notch!!

  What a great experience. Clean rooms, beautiful open concept, comfy beds and good ac unit. Plenty of amenities and pretty calm area with many things to do locally. Definitely worth the price. I will be recommending and revisiting. The breakfast was nice as well. They had a little bit of everything for everyone.

  The customer service is always great at this hotel. The rooms are always clean and accommodating. Danny and Miriam are always so helpful and provide great service.

  I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with this hotel group. For a business operating in the hospitality industry, the actual level of hospitality was seriously lacking. From the customer service to the overall way concerns were handled, the experience felt dismissive, unprofessional, and far below what any paying guest should expect. Hospitality is more than providing a room—it’s about how you communicate with guests, how you handle problems, and how you make people feel while they are on your property. Unfortunately, I did not feel welcomed, valued, or properly accommodated. Instead of making an effort to resolve concerns and provide a positive guest experience, the interactions only added to the frustration. I travel frequently and understand that every hotel can have issues. What separates a good hospitality company from a bad experience is how those issues are handled. In this case, the service and response were unacceptable. I would strongly encourage management to reevaluate its customer-service standards and provide additional hospitality training to its staff. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel group and would think twice before booking with them again.

  Wish this exact hotel and the staff were everywhere we go. This property is ultra clean and bright. The front desk and staff are very welcoming. We are going to stay again over Christmas. I have severe immune issues, and my room has to have no chemicals, no fragrance, feather free and removal of all toiletries. My bed has to be stripped, and I bring my own bedding. The room was perfect. I will not issue the person's name, but she was outstanding in never making me feel like a bother. Steve is the best GM we have ever dealt with. He is true old school customer care and experience are #1. We really felt very welcome even though I am not a cookie cutter guest and I recognize this. They made sure that I was safe in my environment free of so many things. They REALLY DO CARE!!! Breakfast is delicious and has so many options. The patio overlooks a beautiful equestrian park and is so calming. Seriously this property is exceptional in every way. They sell their uber delicious not too soft and not too hard mattresses. I am looking forward to purchasing one.
