  First room, had bad smoker smell in the bathroom, 2nd Room, 202 has a BAD mold smell, 3rd 302 had mild mold smell. Women at front desk was Very helpful and was so apologetic for these issues.

  This was our second time staying at Staybridge Suites Norco, and once again, the experience exceeded our expectations. We stayed for two weeks with our family of five, and the team went above and beyond by upgrading us to a room that was large enough for our family to be comfortable throughout our stay. A special thank you to Cindy, Miriam, and the General Manager, Steve, for their exceptional hospitality. They were welcoming, attentive, and truly cared about making sure we had everything we needed. The complimentary breakfast was amazing each morning, with plenty of options for the whole family, and the evening social was a wonderful bonus that made our stay even more enjoyable. It's rare to find a hotel with such outstanding customer service. Their kindness, attention to detail, and dedication to guest satisfaction made us feel right at home. We highly recommend Staybridge Suites Norco and look forward to returning the next time we're in the area!

  The front desk staff are truly unbelievable. They completely saved our trip to California for a GA soccer showcase. I would highly recommend this location to anyone especially if you are participating in a Silverlake soccer event. We will not stay anywhere else going forward.

  The suite was amazing. A king bed and gigantic shower. Two queen beds and a large bathroom. A full kitchen stocked with essentials. Bed was super comfortable. We were traveling with our French bulldog so we had a pet room, it smelled clean and nice when we walked it. Amenities were ADA, so special needs or elderly could enjoy their stay. Breakfast was included. Highly recommend.

  Staybridge isn't exactly a hotel for relaxing. While I use it as a hotel to stay at when my daughter has soccer tournaments early in the mornings at Norco, it doesn't provide a relaxing calm vibe. Be aware, if you stay on the first floor there might be someone watching you from outside your windows. It was a little creepy seeing all these mirrors around the room. Warning, the rooms are not sound proof at all. You can hear a conversation from a whole different floor. I could hear a bunch of kids screaming and stomping and what sounded like moving furniture on the 2nd floor. (The floor above me) Otherwise, the food pantry had a lot of tasy snacks and the buffet offered a variety of breakfast. I would say that this hotel would reach the standards of a 2-star hotel. (Maybe even a 3-star hotel)
