  I had an exceptional experience at Staybridge Suites Eastvale -Norco The level of professionalism, hospitality, and teamwork displayed by the entire staff was truly outstanding. A special recognition goes to General Manager Steve Diaz, along with managers Dannie Baca and Miriam Beals in front desk. Their leadership is clearly reflected in the excellent atmosphere and exceptional customer service throughout the hotel. Every interaction was welcoming, professional, and attentive to detail. The teamwork among the staff is remarkable, and it’s evident that they genuinely care about their guests’ experience. From check-in to every part of the stay, the service exceeded expectations. Thank you to the entire team for creating such a comfortable and positive environment. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding hospitality and customer care.

  출장지와 가까워 4회 이용했습니다. 그 중 2번 실망스러운 경험을 했는데 한번은 욕실에 개미가 여러마리 확인되어 프론트얘기하니 방역을 해줬는데 이용기간 내내 찝찝했어요. 가장 최악은 이번에 일어났습니다. 욕실 발닦은 타올에서 벌레가 여러마리 확인된건데 우연히 까만 점을 발견하고 자세히 보니 벌레, 타올 전체에 여러마리 ...정말 끔찍했어요. 이 것이 투숙 후 4일차에 눈에 띄었네요. 전 매일 풀청소는 안하지만 청소가 이뤄지고 타올이 교체, 채워지길래 발닦는 타올도 매일 교체된다고 생각했는데 투숙기간 내내 한 장의 타올을 사용하게 하다니.. 남은기간동안 침대시트도 사용에 불안해서 끔찍한 날들이었어요 이 호텔은 두번 다시 이용하지 않을거예요

  Loved the stay here. It was very clean, pillows and sheets were definitely washed. I would definitely re-visit.

  This happened just last night! It was the second time that we had to change rooms was staying at the hotel. My husband just had his knee replaced one week ago and we had to move everything ourselves after 11 PM. No one offered to help us and they were less than apologetic. They called my husband and they gave him a measly refund of less than half of his points. It was incredibly frustrating for my family, especially given our situation with my husband, being on crutches, and unable to help me move.
