Very good hotel that is right off the 101 in EPA. It's kind of in a weird spot but pretty easy to get to for sure. The staff here are very friendly and helpful during my stay. Cesar the gentleman handling the Valet Area was very friendly and helpful from the get go. The rooms were very clean, the lobby area looked very nice and the view of the fireworks for the 4th of July were perfect. I enjoyed my stay, even though it was only for a night it was a very nice experience nonetheless. The Cheeseburger and the brown sugar cookie was alright, or "mid" as the young kids would call it. They weren't amazing but I'm sure the other dishes would be much better. I know some of you might be wondering why on earth would I get a burger from here when there are better options. I was thinking the same thing but I wasn't feeling for pasta or steak or salmon so i got a burger. Overall my stay here was great, just didn't really have time to enjoy all the amenities they have to offer but it's definitely a place I would come back to in the future. Cesar left a big impression on me from the get go and if he's out there helping you out when you arrive just know my guy will take good care of you and your car.

I haven’t personally stayed at the hotel (Bay Area local) but have worked with their events team and they are amazing. Would recommend for any corporate events.

My husband brought my daughter and I here for his work offsite. This 5-star hotel totally deserves its 5 stars. We felt so out of place here, but the staff didn’t care, they were so friendly and helpful to us. They saw me carry a huge jug of milk and right away they lugged in a mini fridge for us. The room was spacious and they even prepared a crib with toiletries, toys and a baby towel for my toddler. The room was always clean and stocked when we came back from our outings. There is also a heated pool where my daughter and I would spend our early evenings at.

This hotel is truly unforgettable.
From the moment we walked in, they made us feel special. The receptionist greeted my son with a gift, took the time to genuinely engage with him, and made him feel welcome right away. It wasn’t forced—it felt sincere.
The room itself was lovely, and I appreciated that there was no upselling or extra charge for a room with a view. We were also welcomed with complimentary treats waiting for us in the room—one of those small touches that immediately sets the tone for your stay.
Then, a staff member arrived with an entire collection of thoughtful items just for my child: a stuffed toy, a kids’ bathrobe, slippers, towel, toiletries, and even kid-sized napkins. It was completely unexpected and such a wonderful surprise.
The next morning at breakfast, before our food even arrived, we were offered complimentary beverages and chocolate bombs to try. Again, it was the little things.
I’ve stayed in more luxurious hotels, but what made this place stand out was the attention to detail and the genuine care behind every interaction. They continuously found small ways to surprise and delight us throughout our stay, and those thoughtful touches turned an ordinary hotel visit into a truly memorable experience. ❤️

My stay at Four Seasons Silicon Valley exceeded every expectation.
When I made my reservation, I simply mentioned that I was staying near Stanford for cancer treatments and hoped to have a quiet place to rest and recover afterward. What happened next was extraordinary.
The team showed a level of care, compassion, and attention that I rarely experience. They generously upgraded us not just one level, but two levels above the room we originally booked, placing us in a beautiful top floor suite with a stunning water view.
Every detail reflected excellence. The room was spotless, spacious, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The thoughtful touches made all the difference: bath salts waiting in the room, evening turndown service with fresh grapes, oranges, and sparkling water, and sincere well wishes from staff who genuinely cared about my recovery.
What impressed me most was not just the luxury, but the heart behind the service. Every interaction was warm, professional, and compassionate. The staff made us feel seen, valued, and supported during a challenging season.
This was only my second stay at Four Seasons Silicon Valley, but it has officially become our preferred local hotel. We will also be bringing business to this property because the experience was that exceptional.
Five stars without hesitation. Thank you to the entire team for creating a stay that was both luxurious and deeply meaningful.
