  It is close to the BART. It has a restaurant that we did not go to. I prefer Holiday Inn Express over regular Holiday Inn, but that is my personal preference.

  Easy check in/check out. The room I got looked like it was recently remodeled/updated. The bathroom fixtures were in excellent condition. The tub looked new and was very clean. The lining of the shower walls was very clean and caulking looked brand new. Had ample water pressure and hot water. A/C worked as advertised. Overall condition of the room was excellent. Ample free parking and they have night time security that patrols the parking area from an SUV. There are many good places to eat nearby and it is an easy short walk to the West Dublin BART station, which I did when I made a weekday excursion into San Francisco. The area is safe, meaning you don't see homeless people wandering around the area. The only con I can see is that there are rooms that face the freeway from which you can get occasional loud freeway vehicle noise. If you're a light sleeper, then this may bother you. I had one of these rooms on this trip, but any traffic noise didn't bother me. They do have a lot of rooms not facing the freeway so one could always request to get one of those. I was very satisfied with my recent stay here.

  If I could give it a 1/2 star I would. This place has gone downhill and the employees, not so sure about the honesty and integrity of anyone including management. We booked a room with 2 queen beds, which we've done before (we've stayed here several times for work), which we paid more for through priceline. When we got to our room, with 1 queen bed, we walked out and went back to the front desk. They told us that they had us in a 1 queen bed room, my husband showed them our confirmation for 2 queen beds. They told us that the third party reservation companies had been sending them incorrect reservations for a few month, and then told us we'd have to pay an extra $20 per night for our room. Before you get snarky about it only being $20...WE'D ALREADY PAID FOR AN UPGRADED ROOM! I've spoken with priceline, who is taking care of this issue. Be very careful if you're staying here, we also found a random charge from them for $27...we have no idea what that's about, maybe an employee had dinner on us. I cannot recommend this hotel and we'll never stay there again.

  This is my second bad experience I had with holiday Inn first they stole my AirPods and luckily I was able to track it down. Second time I booked my room too early and I asked the lady in the video if she could cancel my reservation she was extremely rude to me and called security on me when I asked her for her name because I told her she was being very unprofessional. I agreed to leave the property when security came to defused the situation. But i noticed I left my keys on the counter. I went back to grab my keys. She told security that she doesn't have it so I show security the video where my keys were on the counter. She still didn't want to give me the keys? I ended up calling the police then she got worried, pulled security outside. Gave him the keys. I have witnesses and my business partner with me the whole time I called the next day and spoke to Sonia she said we're not allowed to come on property until she figures everting out. I told her that if she doesn't handle the situation and manage her employees that I will report to corporate, and I asked for corporates number she said that I was threatening her and that she could no longer talk to me and hung up on me ( keep in mind Im a high value member) I'll be reporting this to BBB if corporate doesn't get back to me as soon as possible please watch this video and please Holiday Inn manage your team better I will no longer be coming there, and I will let my colleagues know to not to do business anymore with Holiday Inn if they don't fix this problem ASAP (I posted a video on yelp you can watch her name is rengeta or something like that)
