Throughout the hotel, you can see tons of staff members cleaning and helping out customers whenever needed. The freshly baked cookies in the lobby around evening time were a very nice touch. We have made a future reservation for two family members that will be staying at this hotel in August :)

The property did not meet the standards I expected, and several aspects of my stay raised concerns about cleanliness, safety, maintenance, and overall management. Communication was frustrating, problems were not handled professionally, and the experience felt disorganized from beginning to end. Guests should not have to repeatedly raise basic concerns or feel uncertain about whether their room and surroundings are properly maintained and secure. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel. Anyone considering staying here should carefully inspect the room, confirm all charges and policies in writing, document any problems immediately, and report safety concerns before accepting the accommodations. Significant improvements are needed in customer service, maintenance, transparency, and guest safety.
