Always a pleasure staying at the Best Western in Dixon! Friendly staff, clean rooms, across the street from grocery store and ice cream! Will definitely return!

We found this hotel to be a great value for the money that we spent on it and stayed in it twice, on our way to the Sierras and then back. The rooms seemed spacious and clean although we had an issue where our shower was out of shampoo that we didn't discover until we started using it. The staff was able to fix that by bringing a replacement up to the room. They also have a breakfast though I don't really recommend it.

I have always loved this hotel but my current stay the girl who checked me in put me on the top floor on the other side of the building then only put me for one night but charged me for 5 so I had to go get the key rekeyed the first night. Asked for housekeeping she didn’t do that so I had to go get towels. Nothing has gone right. Also when they did clean the room the last day here they threw away bags I had saved to put in liquid items like shampoo that I brought so it wouldn’t leak in my bags I’m flying home with. Although the room was clean they moved all my stuff in the bathroom around and threw those bags away. While someone is staying here you should not touch their things or throw items away that are not in the garbage can. Now I am leaving those things behind because I have nothing to pack them in.
