  I don’t like to leave negative reviews for just any reason, but in this case it’s warranted. The bed was full of ants.The room was had ants on counters and floor. We slept in the RV in parking lot, because the place is so dingy even if we had swapped rooms, we felt it would be the same situation. Management refused to discount or refund room except for 2k points. Would never stay here again.

  Hotel is convenient to shopping and fuel. Room was spacious and clean. No body wash in the shower and no hand soap at the sink. I like the reusable shampoo/conditioner/soap containers but if you can't maintain them they aren't good for me. Didn't like the nasty notes posted in breakfast area about being charged for walking off with food. One ice machine: not convenient and located in a dark area (insufficient lighting).

  It was quiet except the ice machine 😂. I was surprised the highway noise wasn't too terrible for how close it was to the hotel. Front desk was friendly.

  The hotel is near freeway 57, and the noise is extremely loud; I was even woken up several times during the night. What's even more infuriating is that when I went to the front desk, they brazenly claimed that I hadn't requested a room facing away from the highway when I booked my ticket. I'd never been there before; how was I supposed to know your room was so noisy? I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. First, the noise; second, the staff's service attitude is poor.

  Hotel was appropriate for the price. We were here 5 nights and didn't have any major issues while we were there. Room Service checked in on day 3 as expected and we grabbed new towels and had the trash changed. There were only 2 relatively small bath towels which was a little tricky when one of you uses 2 normally. Also, the bed sounded like a noisy dumpster everytime you get into or out of bed which took some getting used to for 2 of us. Overall, no inherent issues, would certainly stay here again if the opportunity arose.
