  The spare blanket was covered in black pet hair, the shower drain did not work and the people working the front desk were not the friendliest

  Rooms were facing the freeway (as advertised so nbd) but we didn't realize the seal on the door would be so bad. You could see streetlights underneath the door when closed. This lets in LA traffic sounds at all hours of the night, not to mention some cockroaches. Floor was all laminate and felt a bit dirty. Room itself was decent looking when we first arrived but things felt a bit off on closer inspection - beds on metallic frames that made odd noises when you plop down on them, pillows relatively small squares. Also I know this is partly on us but we had the fridge set to a pretty warm temp and still somehow our food ended up getting pretty frozen, including a soda can that ended up bursting overnight due to expansion of the water. It felt like we were getting shot at. The can was not in the freezer compartment. Idk, overall it was a fine time but we'll opt for another hotel next time.

  The good: The mattress was GOOD. The Bad: The rest of the stay was not. Free breakfast was free, and the items offer there were minimum. Just muffin/bread/bagel and a machine to make wafer, along with some apples, coffee and juices ,oat meals in packs. I ate there once and skipped it the rest of my 3 night stay there. And the noise was noticeable for my room was facing the freeway, price was cheaper because of that. The vacuum fan in the bathroom couldn't be turned off if the light is on, and it was loud. Conclusions: for the money maybe decent but I won't be back anytime soon, better get back to my regular Marriott booking.

  BE AWARE!!!! These people are absolute THIEVES!!! Will keep your deposit and claim they released it, as well as provide 0 proof of the release when asked for it !!! Bank continues to deny my claim even though I sent PROOF of how much the stay cost is and verified the deposit being 100$

  This hotel is a total dump. They completely ignored my cancellation request made through Booking.com and never bothered to reply. I am going to contact my bank to force a chargeback.
