  Buen lugar, bastante limpio aunque con un estacionamiento bastante limitado y algo complicado porque no hay mucho lugar en calles aledañas. El desayuno básico aunque generoso y el personal en general bastante amable. No hay alberca aunque si un pequeño spa bastante agradable!

  The bathroom had virtually no counter space, which made it difficult to store toiletries and personal items. The hotel is older, although some updates have been made over the years. Unfortunately, our bathtub drain was clogged for the first two days of our stay, so every shower resulted in standing in several inches of dirty water until maintenance was able to unclog it. Housekeeping was also limited, as rooms are not serviced until the third day of a guest’s stay. While this may be hotel policy, it would have been helpful to know in advance. In addition, one of the male employees at the front desk was not particularly friendly or welcoming, although we did not get his name. The biggest disappointment was the price. Rates were increased dramatically for graduation weekend, and the overall experience did not justify the premium cost. I was also told there were no rooms available with two beds for the duration of my stay. However, my aunt checked in the following day and was assigned the room next to ours, which had two double beds available. Overall, the location was convenient for visiting UC Davis, but the condition of the hotel, service issues, and inflated graduation weekend pricing made it difficult to feel that the stay was a good value.

  Great location: downtown & next to campus; parking is tight. If your room is on the bottom courtyard, anyone with a loud truck may wake you. People woke me up at 1:30, 2, and 5:30 AM on the most recent stay. Their car was parked in front of my room's window. Staff members are friendly; room was clean. Nice that the minifridge/microwave are in a back area of the room. AC worked well!

  Central doentown location...across the street from Central Park, Farmers Market, Bicycle Hall of Fame and many restaurants. Adjacent to walk or bike entrance to UC Davis campus. Free and convenient uncovered parking next to rooms. Breakfast included in room price and has full array of hot and cold foods and beverages. Rooms are clean, yet on the small side but well maintained and include comfortable beds, wifi and Direct TV. The friendly and accommodating staff make for a convenient and comfortable stay.
