Rooms were super loud on the 1st floor. You can hear everything people do above you. Sheets were stained. Door was broken. Pretty poor experience for a Best Western.

My wife and I stayed at the Best Western Plus Northwoods Inn in Crescent City for two nights while visiting the Redwoods. Unfortunately, the condition of our room did not meet our expectations, particularly considering the price of over $250 per night. Immediately upon entering our room, we noticed that the sofa cushions were stained. When I attempted to flip one of the cushions over, I discovered a considerable amount of food crumbs and debris underneath. It was obvious that the sofa had not been thoroughly cleaned. We also experienced a problem with the shower door handle, which fell off and made entering and exiting the shower difficult. Additionally, the soap dispenser had not been adequately refilled, causing us to run out of soap during our stay. We reported these issues to the front desk promptly. Someone did come to vacuum the sofa, which we appreciated. However, the stains were not addressed, the shower door handle was never repaired, and no apology was offered for the inconvenience. At this price point, I don't believe it's unreasonable to expect a clean, properly maintained room with basic amenities adequately stocked. While these problems didn't ruin our vacation, they certainly detracted from our stay. The property would benefit from greater attention to housekeeping, routine maintenance, and guest satisfaction.

Front desk’s is very professional & the staff’s are helpful. There are good amenities but no Timoteo use it during our 2 nights stay. Room is clean and bedding, towels are fresh.the breakfast food is good but the dining room is large and a view to the Marina is amazing.

Really not impressed with the rooms. Motel style with outside access. Hotel room felt musky and honestly didn’t feel very clean. Location was good and was not too far of a drive to beach. I had higher expectations for a best western and was disappointed.

Hard beds, visible mold in our sink drain, coffeemaker broken, breakfast moderate. Very nice staff. Way over priced. Really should not be plus level.
