  A very pleasant surprise! The entire team from check in to breakfast, to the bar, were all kind, friendly and hospitable. The room was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable, and the location is perfect for getting around all of Southern California and Orange County. We would certainly come back again!

  I’ve been to this hotel many times, and you know what to expect this time I was pleasantly surprised. We booked a room with breakfast included. When arriving at the fireside restaurant for the breakfast, we were greeted and well received by Adriana, who provided great service along with Robert. They both provided great service, information and all with an apparent mission to please. Thank you, Crown Plaza hotel!

  We had an overall enjoyable experience at this hotel. We did have an issue in our bathroom but it was handled for us swiftly. The manager Paul reached out to make sure we were ok and gave us a perk for our inconvenience. Pretty much everyone we came across was very friendly and helpful, but what put this over the top was service at breakfast! Adriana was outstanding, so very welcoming and waited on us as if we were the only ones there, even though it was busy! Ana was a sweetheart and Florencio was amazing as well, making sure our tables were always clean! And a shout out to the cooks at breakfast Matus and Roberto! They made a beautiful breakfast spread! We only stayed one night but this experience will not be forgotten. Even Efram at checkout had a great vibe! We will definitely be back! This was one of the first IHG hotels where we could really feel the Diamond member treatment. Thank you Crowne Plaza crew! 🤗

  Great location, making it easy to access whatever I may need while I'm working in the Santa Ana area. Also the staff do an outstanding job at verifying my needs are met. Make sure to grab a breakfast omlette in the restaurant while you're here. They have the best staff ever!

  Wow! My husband and I stayed here from July 2-5. The service from start to end was great! EJ at the front desk made sure we had all necessary info. Our room was clean and cool and smelled nice. We only ate once for breakfast at the restaurant, Fireside, and the food was amazing!!! Adriana greeted us and sat us immediately and was very attentive. Roberto and Matos were also very attentive. I had the Florentine Benedict and it was super fresh and well seasoned! The seasonal fruit was papaya, watermelon, and cantaloupe and it was all sweet and fresh. My husband enjoyed the fresh-made biscuits and said the gravy was delicious. Thank you for such great service!
