  Nice and friendly staff. They checked on you throughout your stay via text. Convenient area to freeways and quick drive to the beaches and restaurants. The rooms are clean and maintained well. Beds and pillows were EXTREMELY comfortable with fresh, soft sheets. Slept very good. Get a room facing the inside courtyard because street traffic is loud throughout the night with the large windows. Shower head was exceptional with really good water pressure. Didn’t use the pool, but it looked nice. The gym was small but great for a quick workout. Would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again!

  I highly recommend this hotel. The front desk staff especially Alexander provides excellent service and is very accommodating. Also, the staff at Fireside Tavern staff, Adrian, Ana, and Robert are friendly and provide excellent service. The food is delicious and the restaurant is clean.

  Desde nuestro arribo al hotel, Melissa y Efraín en la recepción nos hicieron sentir en casa y nos facilitaron información del vecindario y los puntos donde podíamos obtener algunos servicios como: compras y transportación, así como la mejor manera de sacar provecho de los servicios del hotel: Alberca, Gym, Firepit, event rooms, etc.). My daughters, my wife and I had breakfast -a la carte- at fireside Restaurant and Tavern and Adriana made us feel “as home”. Variety, quality and set up of dishes : A+ notes. Felicitaciones por tener una operación tan ágil y cálida para el huésped!! Excelente ejemplo que un hotel exitoso es mucho más que tener un hotel nuevo!   Stayed here for my birthday weekend with my fiancee and from check-in it was wonderful service. From Alexander, who checked us in, who was immediately friendly and helping us find everything we needed, to Adriana in the Fireside restaurant making the perfect suggestions for breakfast (the breakfast burrito came out perfect thanks to Roberto!) Would 100% stay here again and would highly recommend it!

  I'm more than satisfied with this hotel! Reception is extremely friendly, the location is excellent (almost next to the 405) and the rooms have everything you need. The rooms are spacious, clean and soundproof. Air conditioning works very well. There's a big mini fridge and the bathroom is also amazing. Many towels and places to hang them, which I don't always see in other hotels. The bed is amazing! Very big, comfortable and you can also choose if you'd like to sleep on a soft or a firm pillow. I'd definitely recommend this hotel as it's very affordable as well!
