Had a lovely stay for the weekend! Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. Shoutout to Anna in Fireside Tavern, she was incredibly sweet and memorable even though we only grabbed breakfast once on property!
Our room was clean and nice to stay in. Only complaint was they didn't have a fan in the bathroom which I found odd

Tldr: Good location, friendly staff, awful cleaning and service. Definitely not a 4-star hotel
We booked this hotel for 3 nights as it mentioned it was 4-star and it was close to where we wanted to go. Staff was friendly and amenities looked good. But the cleaning part was awful. First when we checked in, we noticed the bedsheet was not clean. When we ask to replace it, they were only able to give us some bedsheets and we had to replace them on our own. Secondly, even though we asked several times for cleaning our room, we never got one. So, our room was messy and dirty for the whole 3 days.

Ah favorite for me when in town for business. Hotels are always clean and the showers always warm, and the beds are awesome. The breakfast here is also great, Adriana recommend the California Omelette and was delicious I did ask for pork sausage and they made it right to order.
Always recommend coming in to Crowne Plaza!

The property looks like time has won the battle on just about every aspect. The property is clean and in order, but the rooms are showing wear and tear. No streaming TV channels are available so there is that. Water damage in bathroom, toilet seat broken and swivles IF you sit and the smell around the elevator is an industrial smell....like lubricant or solvent....grease. I know it well. Staff was GREAT....but, we will never stay there again....thank you, but sorry. Oh...bed was like a hammock...too soft!

Extremely Disappointing Experience – IHG Diamond Elite & InterContinental Ambassador Member.
I rarely feel strongly enough about a hotel stay to post a negative review, but unfortunately the service I experienced at this hotel was unacceptable and ultimately resulted in me cutting my stay short and checking out early.
I had been staying at the hotel since Friday. At check-in, I was not informed that room servicing had to be specifically requested.
On Saturday, I returned to my room at approximately 4:30pm to find that it had not been cleaned and no fresh towels had been provided. I personally spoke to members of the housekeeping team who were working on my floor and specifically asked for my room to be cleaned.
When I returned at approximately 7:00pm, the room had still not been cleaned and there were still no fresh towels.
I contacted Guest Services and was extremely disappointed with the attitude and response I received. I was told that I should have requested my room to be cleaned. I explained that nobody had informed me of this requirement at check-in and, more importantly, that I had personally spoken to the housekeeping team earlier that afternoon and specifically requested the service.
I asked to speak to a manager and was placed on hold for several minutes without anyone responding. I eventually ended the call and contacted the front desk, where I was told that if I wanted to speak to a manager, I would need to come downstairs.
Before doing so, I asked for fresh towels to be delivered to my room. After waiting and receiving nothing, I eventually had to shower and use a wet towel.
When I went downstairs and explained the situation to the manager, I was offered a complimentary breakfast. I declined because this was never about receiving compensation or complimentary items. I simply wanted my room cleaned, fresh towels provided and my concerns handled professionally.
The hotel has subsequently responded to my formal complaint and acknowledged that it fell short, confirmed that the requested towel was not delivered in time and accepted that staffing difficulties were not an acceptable reason for failing to provide the service requested.
I am both an IHG One Rewards Diamond Elite member and an InterContinental Ambassador. I mention this not because I expect special treatment, but because it demonstrates the level of loyalty and business I have given to IHG.
Regardless of membership status, every paying guest should reasonably expect a clean room, fresh towels and courteous, professional customer service.
What concerns me most is not simply that my room wasn't cleaned. Mistakes happen. It was the lack of communication, failure to follow through after I personally requested the service, failure to provide something as basic as clean towels, and the attitude and lack of ownership when I tried to resolve the situation.
The experience was poor enough that I decided to cut my stay short and check out early.
The hotel has since offered me a complimentary night's stay with parking and breakfast. While I acknowledge that gesture, my complaint was never motivated by compensation. My concern is the standard of service and how a straightforward problem was handled from beginning to end.
As a Diamond Elite and Ambassador member, this experience has genuinely made me question the value of continuing to give my loyalty and business to IHG.
As a customer, I have a choice about where I spend my money. Following this experience, I have decided that my future hotel business will now be directed to Hilton, a brand where my experience has been that customer loyalty and repeat business are genuinely appreciated.
It is disappointing that it has reached this point after the loyalty I have shown to IHG, but loyalty has to work both ways. Customers have choices, and ultimately the level of service we receive determines where we choose to spend our money.
I hope IHG Corporate reviews this experience and provides a meaningful response.
