  I just arrived at the hotel I had already paid for via Booking.com (I have all the receipts and confirmation numbers), only to be told upon arrival that there was no record of payment and that I was being charged again. The staff member saw the invoice marked as paid but refused to offer any solution other than telling me to contact the bank or Booking. Now I am out $2,000.00 and don't know who to turn to. I’m going to try to cancel the stay and switch hotels. Terrible service.

  Wonderful customer service, clean rooms. They went above and beyond for us after we accidentally left our daughters stuffed animal she has had since birth at their location somewhere and didn't notice until we got back home and they had saved it and cleaned it and shipped it over night back to us after I called ❤️ thank you again

  I love this stay! Starting off with the front desk. Norman was so incredibly friendly and helpful. He answered all my questions with kindness and hospitality. Haven't felt this kind of great customer service since prior to covid! I really hope corporate realizes what a great employee he is. Thanks Best Western this has been a great experience . Cleanliness, spacious , even the AC has a pleasant smell which was a huge plus. Would definitely stay here again!

  I was disappointed with the hotel stay, so I will try to stick with the Holiday Inn Express brand whenever it is available in the future. Additionally, the breakfast area policy only allows for dining in. This is inconvenient when traveling with children who sleep in, as the hotel does not allow you to take breakfast back to the room for them. This restriction was not advertised. The room was very noisy due to its proximity to the highway. The walls are quite thin, and I could clearly hear footsteps from the room above and my neighbors running their water. It made it difficult to get a good night's sleep or relax during the day.
