- LLLorelie2 days ago3.0Room and complimentary breakfast were decent. However, getting here at night is complex if you are not familiar with this area. There is a lot of stop signs and slight lefts and rights.

I couldn't get a cart for my stuff and waited for an hour and I ended up leaving because they wouldn't ask the one room that had all 3 to at least give one back. I also bought room insurance another night and asked to change dates do to work. And the other day had a lot of rooms available for the same price but they declined and declined a refund. So there was 2 nights I missed and paid lot for. Also they were mad about me asking for a receipt to get my deposit of $200 back the two times I actually stayed there for a day i waited a month to get it and i had to get them to give a copy after getting mad at me for asking. The first time the lady was nice and helped. The second time the guy was mad and telling me he won't allow them to do it again for me and to get another bank. The rooms are really nice though. The gum looked amazing and I wanted to comeback but they don't really appreciate you

From the check in process to the room, breakfast, everything was awesome. The room was clean. It was quiet. We were able to get a good nights sleep and rest. Don’t want to sound greedy but breakfast was my favorite. The food was excellent. They also provide you with to go bags if you prefer to have your breakfast on the go or take to your room. The dining area was clean. The, front desk and housekeeping were awesome. I wouldn’t mind staying here again of I ever go back to California.
