  We stayed at this Best Western last night and were very disappointed with the overall condition and cleanliness of the property. The room was not properly cleaned. The shower was extremely dirty and had visible hair left behind, which was unacceptable and unsanitary. It gave the impression that basic cleaning standards are not being met. Several other issues added to the poor experience. The complimentary ice water was empty, and there was no effort to replenish it. The breakfast was also very poor—low quality, unappetizing, and not well maintained. The elevator was visibly dirty and gave a neglected feel to the property overall. For a hotel brand that is expected to maintain consistent standards, this stay fell well below acceptable. Cleanliness and basic upkeep were lacking across multiple areas. We would not stay here again or recommend it unless significant improvements are made.

  This place sucks!! Better service at a hotel 6. 90% of the rooms are rented to construction workers soo you'd think a little professionalism would go a long way. No soap, parking lot unorganized with random boats for sale, semi trucks taking up the entire row or parking, water beaten eggs with half soggy sausages as the great continental breakfast, no clean towels, no cleaning for a week's stay at 600.00 for 4 nights says it all. Once you stay longer than a night you will see.

  We reserved a room here because we were driving late at night and wanted to split up the trip. We arrived at midnight and they had no clean rooms available despite having made a reservation.

  We are older traveling with dogs. First room ceiling in the bathroom leaked. Second room, too small not what we paid for. Third room tv not connected to Internet and was not informed. On leaving no compensation at all was offered. Rxhausting. Staff tried but hotel was not equipped.

  I'm was a Platinum member of the Best Western rewards program. That is, until I went to parents weekend for WSU and stayed at this hotel. We came back from the first night of hanging out with our daughters sorority to find out that the sheets had not been changed from the night before. We paid over $500 for the two nights. And Best Western offered me $65 gift card. The management of the hotel in Colfax said they did nothing wrong. We will no longer be Best Western club members.
