    The entrance was a little tricky to find, but the hotel was lovely. Beautiful views, great food, and fantastic accommodations.

    Great value, noise from lower rooftop below floor 3 was not great. But staying here for the golf was fantastic.

    I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding my recent stay at Pacific Palms Resort. Unfortunately, the overall experience fell far below expectations due to multiple maintenance and cleanliness issues that were not properly addressed during our visit. Upon arrival, we found that the refrigerator in our room was not working. We had to request assistance twice before it was addressed. Additionally, the sliding glass door was visibly dirty when we first entered the room, and it remained uncleaned even after housekeeping serviced the room the following day. There were also several safety and maintenance concerns. The bathroom doorknob was loose and malfunctioned to the point that I became locked inside, forcing us to leave the door open for the remainder of our stay. The closet door was off its hinge, and both the toilet and bathtub were backed up, creating an unpleasant and inconvenient situation. Housekeeping service was also inadequate. When our room was serviced, basic essentials such as toilet paper, shampoo, and conditioner were not replenished. We had to call the front desk to request these items, which should have been provided without needing to ask. Beyond the room, there were hazards in common areas as well. The elevator floor was cracked, which caused me to trip and twist my ankle. I reported this to Supervisor AJ, who acknowledged that he was already aware of the issue. Additionally, the pool was visibly dirty. We informed the front desk and were told it would be cleaned, but no action was taken, preventing us from enjoying that amenity. Overall, this experience was frustrating and disappointing, especially given the expectations associated with your resort. I would appreciate a prompt response addressing these concerns, as well as any steps you intend to take to resolve this matter.

    Very nice place but they definitely need better management beautiful views Justin has no patience. Doesn’t know how to book rooms. Literally hangs up on you when he’s getting paid to do a job nobody is saying anything back to him just he cannot deal with being asked questions or do his job please get better management there and better customer service. In anyhow, this does not differ from what happened. I have a witness and the experience was not pleasant at all when your member hung up on somebody in the middle of them asking a question because they got frustrated so it does not differ from what really happened check your recording from the conversation again he was extremely rude and frustrated. Maybe you’re shortstaffed I’m not sure what the problem is with personalities but you have to be able to handle customer service, in a pleasant matter so for you not to take accountability is even more alarming! Most ppl don’t deal with your front desk or manager since they book online that’s the difference !!

    I walked in to tour for wedding venue. I liked the entrance way to hotel, beautiful and pretty good golf next to it. They said no one's available unless you make an reservation. Here's thing. I called to make an appointment. They kept transferring. When I finally found someone in sales, he told me to book it thru online. I couldn't find it, so I called again. He said to send email after he send the email. I asked if I can book it over the phone for the tour. He said "No". His mgr need info like guest count and other info. I replied it. No answer. I called again. He says the same, I have send email. Then, his boss will reply. I requested price list. He sent email. I told him I already sent it before. H can not find it on his end. He still can not book for the tour. He will check other person if he received it. Everytime, they want to send email. They are not willing to obtain information, they wanted to do the way their convenience not for customer's. I lost my patience. I did not want to do any business with this place. Can you imagine what if you have some problem and they would say to send email instead of solving problem? So, I decided to move on to other venue. I rate this place 1 star. If there's o, I would give 0 rating
