  The view is is spectacular and grounds are amazing. The rooms are a little dated but they still nice.

  Really, really really like this hotel. Business trip. The hotel in general is clean and well appointed. The rooms are are clean and comfortable and the staff is very helpful. The gym was one of the better gyms I've seen staying in various places recently. There's a lot of gym equipment, and everything I used worked perfectly. Very laid back atmosphere, but still attentive professional service. The views from the balconies are stunning. About an hour's commute to/from LAX depending on the time of day. Not far from the downtown area/Hacienda Heights.

  My husband and I come to the area often to visit grandkids, family, and friends and we have stayed at the Palms many times. Just this year we spent a week in June, a weekend in August and in September. Last visit was solo to visit girlfriends and the stay was good as usual, until I got home and realized I left two pairs of jeans and a pair of causal workout pants in the hotel dresser. I called the Palms on Wednesday (I checked out on Monday morning) and spoke to the manager of Lost and Found. He told me the room had yet to be cleaned and that my clothes were not found. I was dumbfounded because they did not get up and walk away on their own. I called back two days later to follow up, left a message and received no response. This is very upsetting and disappointing.

  We had a wonderful experience at Pacific Palms Resort! The resort was beautiful, and our stay was even better thanks to Brianna at the front desk. She was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and she made us feel taken care of from the moment we arrived. Her excellent customer service and positive attitude truly made a difference in our experience. Thank you, Brianna, for going above and beyond to make our stay special! You are a great asset to the team at Pacific Palms Resort. We truly appreciate your kindness and professionalism and look forward to visiting again. Highly recommend this resort! ❤️✨

  You’re better off getting a room at the Holiday Inn. These rooms are outdated the locations outdated, and most of their employees are unprofessional. They get mad at you when you make a complaint about the food because the cook sucks you got some security that think that they’re private security for the president that are very disrespectful and nonprofessional and this place claims to be veteran friendly but I’ll tell you as a veteran they do not honor veterans here it’s all for show I’ve never received so much disrespect from one location as I have from this location I will not be spending my money at this place anymore and I was literally spending $800-$1000 a week at club red drinking and eating but never againThis place has gone downhill with customer service. The location is outdated and frankly the Chinese people there are very racist so in 18 years that I’ve been going to that location even when it was called industry Hills and the Sheraton the Pacific Palms has literally brought this place to crumbles because of their poor customer service. They’re racist clients/customers and the unprofessionalism of the environment. I do not recommend this place and what hurts me the most is that I fought a war for this country for everybody to enjoy it and it seems like the people that work here. Do not want me to enjoy my stay here so I’m gonna go ahead and give this place a one star review.
