  Mi estadia fue durante diciembre del 2025. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena; tienes cerca un Walmart y la frontera con Tijuana. Nosotros nos hospedamos para cruzar por el CBX y nos quedó muy accesible. Las habitaciones del hotel están bastante deterioradas y no se ven muy limpias. Los precios, en los días que nos quedamos, eran bastante elevados para la calidad del hotel, y además estaba totalmente lleno; nos tocó estacionar el carro lejos del cuarto. Llegamos ya tarde por la noche y el registro fue rápido y sin problemas, pero la persona no fue muy amable. Al final, el hotel es una buena opción si vas de pasada y quieres algo cerca de la frontera, pero no esperes gran cosa. Si eres medio delicado con la limpieza, te sugiero buscar otro lugar.

  The rooms looked barely clean enough. The restrooms are dirty. Tub leaking, dusty and dirty floors. I don’t think they use proper cleaning techniques, housekeeping and maintenance needs to be trained properly. There’s dirty finger prints everywhere hands touch. You could catch something here. Plus, maintenance couldn’t even paint the door right but paint stains on the hardware. So unprofessional. And tub floods, toilet barely flushes. The staff is friendly though, but this looks like a management problem who doesn’t open their eyes to what is happening here.

  The hotel is in a suburb area which is fairly quiet, except for the freeway on one side, and safe. I was given a room with mold around the bathroom walls and a non-working bathroom exhaust fan, and was moved to a different room the next morning. When I got the second room, it was clean, but when I returned to the room in the afternoon, it had grown mold in the restroom too. Customer service was great and the concierge tried to make it right by showing me different rooms. All rooms shown had mold growing, or signs that it had been cleaned and covered up. I appreciate the honest attempt to make my stay enjoyable, but he was limited by the building's resources. If you stay here, or any other hotel, make sure to check your room thoroughly.

  When I first arrived I was greeted by Adam, such a wonderful guy with the best attitude and love for what he does. I was glad to see him the next morning to praise him for his great customer service. The breakfast was delicious, the room was clean and the area was overall quiet despite being next to a freeway. Conveniently located about 5 minutes from sesame place and right next to a gas station/mini mart. Would definitely go back for our next trip to Chula Vista.

  I stayed at this hotel 2 days ago, the first room they gave me the sheets were dirty. They gave me another room. The second room the toilet was dirty and i didnt complain, i was like atleast the sheets are clean. During my stay the hotel had a problem with the plumbing. During my stay i couldnt use the bathroom or shower. I had to go to a gas station to use the restroom. It was a very unpleasent day. I complain with the manager, and manager said i need to call Hotel.com customer service to see if i can get a refund or to pay half. Well unfortunately, that didnt happen. To make the long story short It was very unpleasent that i didnt get to enjoy the room i rented for one day. With this post i can say a lot of things but i just make it short. Till this day i am not sure if is better to rent the room directly, or with third party Hotels.com. Before u guys book at this hotel make sure theres no plumbing issues and ur sheets are clean. For me i would never book at this hotel again. Good luck and God Bless.
