  We just left this hotel and we can only recommend it. The staff were exceptionally helpful, the room was clean and restaurants were in walkable distance. I want to mention the barbecues on the patio. It was so nice to be able to make a bit of healthy food ourselves and enjoy out there. The staff helped with tongs and napkins.

  This hotel is our go to hotel whenever we visit Southern California. The staff are always friendly and amazing. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Location is great in Chino Hills. Great for families and business travelers. Shout out to Ellie, she is amazing! Great customer service!

  The hotel was nice but our bathroom smelled like mildew upon arrival and there was no bath tub for the kids. Breakfast was horrible. The whole week we were here the food consistently ran out. And they only had cinnamon rolls on the weekends, which is weird because EVERY holiday inn I've stayed at has them every day, since it's their signature breakfast item. Tons of people would be waiting in line but the lady couldn't seem to keep up with stocking food. Coffee was not that strong and the machine frequently broke. There were no cartons of milk, instead it was a pitcher that was frequently empty. So besides breakfast, the hotel was ok. EDIT: I did however, enjoy our stay. And I think we'd return if the breakfast improved a little. Looking back, we had a great time on our vacation and coming back to the hotel each day was cozy and nice quality.

  IF YOU HAVE LITTLES UNDER TWO, BRING YOUR OWN HIGHCHAIR. The hotel was super nice upon arrival. Nice area, clean dining/reception area. Some nice staff! That’s about it. We came for a family trip to visit tourist sites in the area. Definitely one of the lower serviced hotels unfortunately. Each morning, breakfast was a hot mess. Our family of 8 had to scramble for seats together. The food available was slim to none. No cinnamon rolls (only 2/6 days) & meat only available a few of the days due to shipment delays. Coffee was out quite frequently (not super strong either 😢). I have a 15 month old & they don’t have high chairs at this location so I had to go to the car each morning to get our stroller so he could eat. We do have little ones so our room was full of crumbs the whole stay. No vacuuming done once during our stay when cleaning was done each day.

  I recently booked with this location using the IHG1 App. I was then called back by the hotel manager and informed no rooms were available. She pushed me to transfer my reservation for the same price to their sister property a mariot down the street for the same price. When my wife and I pulled up the info for the other hotel we realized the room/accommodations were priced 30$/night lower at the other hotel and they made no mention of the discrepancy. After this we spent 2 hours on the phone with the worst out sourced call center help I've ever experienced through IHG1 to get the reservation canceled and book a new room. To IHG1s credit we were given 20k points for our trouble on the phone and our new accommodations are fine but this was a terrible experience.
