  Hotel is in a great location. Lots of stores and restaurants near by. 4 electric charging locations. Check in was a breeze and lobby had lots of seating. Free coffee fresh ground also. Also a nice outdoor patio area. Room was clean, updated, beds were clean, bathroom was clean. Towels were clean and bed was comfortable. Tons of channels on the TV too. Pricing was great also. Would definitely come back.

  I stayed at this hotel for a week and extended my stay through Saturday. On Friday, I left for work and called to confirm everything was okay, only to be told I had checked out—even though my luggage was still in the room. After speaking with Monika, she initially insisted nothing was in the room, then later confirmed she found my luggage in the closet and apologized. When I returned that evening, my luggage had been moved from the closet to the desk. My jacket had also been removed from my bag and placed on the bed. I then discovered that $200 I had in my jacket and my iPhone 17 charger were missing. I reported this immediately to the front desk and was apologized to again. This experience was extremely disappointing and concerning. I am requesting that management investigate what happened, review the room access and housekeeping records, and reimburse me for the $200 and missing charger if the investigation confirms my belongings were taken. The hotel itself was clean and not bad overall, but this experience has seriously affected my trust in the property. I strongly recommend keeping your valuables with you and being cautious about what you leave in your room. I stayed in Room 232 and, unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location.

  Ich war für vier Nächte in diesem Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Chino Hills und vergebe solide 4 von 5 Sternen, wobei es im direkten Vergleich zu anderen Häusern der Marke eigentlich eher 3 Sterne wären. Das Positive: - Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet direkt an der State Route 71 in einem lebendigen Wohn- und Geschäftsviertel mit Tankstellen, Fast-Food-Läden und Supermärkten in unmittelbarer Nähe – die Anbindung ist top. - Der Check-in verlief hervorragend, die Mitarbeiterin am Empfang war unglaublich freundlich, zuvorkommend und hat alles ausführlich erklärt. - Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit zwei Doppelbetten, was über Trip.com komischerweise fast 60 € günstiger war als ein einzelnes King-Bett (ich habe nur eines davon benutzt). Das Zimmer an sich war sauber und gepflegt. Das Negative und Verbesserungswürdige: - Im Vergleich zu anderen Holiday Inn Express Hotels fehlten Kaffeemaschine, Becher zum Zähneputzen oder Trinken sowie bestimmte Reinigungstücher im Zimmer. - Der als Smart-TV beworbene Fernseher ließ sich weder mit iPad noch mit iPhone verbinden, was extrem genervt hat, und das WLAN-Signal flog ständig raus, sodass man sich dauernd neu einwählen musste. - Das Frühstück war sehr überschaubar: Es gab Rührei, aber keinen Speck, und die bekannten Zimtschnecken waren trotz früher Zeit nie da. Auch die Sauberkeit im Frühstücksraum ließ zu wünschen übrig. - Ein großer Minuspunkt war die Lärmbelästigung: Vögel haben Tag und Nacht ununterbrochen auf dem Dach gekrakeelt, und das Hotel scheint in einer Einflugschneise zu liegen, da mehrfach Hubschrauber sehr dicht über das Dach geflogen sind (konnte ich auf Video festhalten). Alles in allem ein okayes Hotel für einen Aufenthalt, vor allem wegen der tollen Lage und des netten Personals, aber mit deutlichem Optimierungsbedarf.

  I had a wonderful stay here about six months ago for three nights. I would like to sincerely thank the front desk team for their kind hospitality and for upgrading my room. The room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with modern amenities, making my stay very comfortable. The breakfast was one of the highlights, with a great variety of choices and good quality. The swimming pool was clean and well-maintained. I also appreciated the safe and quiet neighborhood, which made the stay even more relaxing. There are many restaurants nearby, providing plenty of convenient dining options. Because of such a great experience, I have already booked another one-week stay in August. I am looking forward to returning and creating more wonderful memories here. Highly recommended!
