- HDHagon Denbe6 days ago1.0Nasty, horrible place to stay. Don't know why they ask for a $100 deposit and then just keep it with no explanation. Stefani at the front desk was extremely rude — in person and over the phone. Pretty much told me if I didn't like my stay, I could go somewhere else. Not a place I'd recommend to anyone
- PAPam AlmandingerAug 22, 20264.0We checked in and were told that our room had been upgraded because we are IHG members. That hasn't happened before and was nice. The lady at the desk was helpful and nice. The suite was large, clean, and very nice. The sofa was an uncomfortable place to sit for very long. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The backlit mirror in the bathroom is pretty and gives pleasing light, but is not great for putting on makeup. Breakfast was mediocre. Instead of nice oatmeal, there were little bags of the instant stuff. The hot food wasn't very hot and most of it had pork in it. We were disappointed.

The rooms were great, I only gave 4/5 stars on it because mine didn’t have a safe. But having access to breakfast each morning and the great people that work there made me not mind the price. Lissette Lucero and her team made it fun and comfortable. They’re very accommodating and kind people, thank you all for making it a great experience. I’ll definitely be back ! ~ all the best
