  Smokers everywhere. You can find cigarettes butts on the concrete where ever you walk in the property. We could smell the smoke coming from the outside. Lobby office has the cigarette odor.

  I had a last minute concert trip and I only needed the room 8am through 12am— of course that’s odd timing for hotel check in/out. I called a day prior and front desk staff Les (the GOAT btw) absolutely went above and beyond to help— advised me to book a day earlier and would switch my reservation to secure the room at 8am (since check in is 11am). As promised, we arrived and got our room immediately and had GOOD rest while blasting the AC on that hot day. Hotel is located in a safe area and has a plaza nearby with a supermarket and food across the street. There’s a lot of available parking included with the room. Yes the rooms are a lil outdated but it was 10/10 CLEAN!!! but for the price, location and great service, I loved it!

  I used to liked this place but i found some roaches and thats nasty,they have to find a solution because i stayed like 5 times and i saw the roaches And i also found the rats trap in my room.

  Overall, we had a really good stay here and would definitely consider staying again. Check-in was great — the guy at reception loved having a chat, which suited me perfectly after a long time on the road. It made the whole arrival feel welcoming and relaxed rather than just transactional. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. WiFi worked well, the location was convenient, and the breakfast selection in the morning was honestly impressive for the price point. Definitely better than expected and a nice way to start the day. The only real issue during our stay was that the gas supply had failed, meaning there was no hot water available. Unfortunately, the company meant to repair it was running late and apparently couldn’t even be contacted properly. Normally this probably wouldn’t have been a huge deal, but we’re travelling by car and car camping a lot of the trip, so one of the main reasons we booked the hotel was specifically to have proper hot showers. In the morning, the situation was explained to us clearly by staff, and to their credit they handled it professionally. Since we needed to leave earlier than the estimated repair time, they gave us a refund without any hassle, which we really appreciated. As it turned out, the repair company didn’t even arrive back until much later anyway. Even with the hot water issue, the staff handled things well and the overall experience was still positive. Good room, good breakfast, good WiFi, friendly service, and a convenient location. We’d definitely stay again.
