  Nothing fancy but everything was clean and smelled fresh, great pressure and hot water. Basic continental breakfast. Staff was polite. Convenient location. No complaints at all!

  I travel all the time and usually stay at hotels and Airbnbs. This hotel was like no other. Les, the property manager at SureStay by Best Western took great care for my stay and went above and beyond. He was easy to talk to, hospitable, and he was also very respectful and was attentive at finding answers. Housekeeping was also kind and welcoming. Everything at the stay was clean and the stay was quiet. Definitely recommend if you are staying in San Francisco.

  Front desk graveyard lady was totally understanding calm and awesome ....I work at a sure stay in Reno Nevada and we got some work to do 😂. I loved the stay and will be back for sure ....thanks guys 🙏

  Had to stop for an overnight stay before a long road trip. The check in was fast and easy. The guy checking me in was efficient and polite with everything. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The parking lot was well lit and seemed secure. Would recommend to anyone needing a quick stay.

  I just want to take a moment to shout out Les, the property manager at SureStay by Best Western Castro Valley. Not only is he professional and hospitable, but he truly goes above and beyond to accommodate guests whose situations may be a little different than others. That level of understanding and respect isn’t common, and it absolutely matters. Les is always friendly, approachable, and solution-oriented. The rooms are consistently clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The entire property has a welcoming, positive vibe that makes you feel safe and respected. On top of that, the entire front desk and housekeeping staff deserve recognition. They’re always friendly, extremely helpful, and professional. You can tell the team works together to keep the place running smoothly and to make guests feel genuinely cared for. If you’re staying in the area and want somewhere clean, welcoming, and managed by someone who actually cares, this is it. -MJ
