- MSMike SmithOct 2, 20265.0Staff was so friendly and they even upgraded our room for my wedding anniversary which was so nice of them.
- MCMichael CrayJul 21, 20261.0Broken glass all over our floor at check in (our one year old child could not crawl around the room). No hot water for 24 hours. Couldn’t shower before 4 hour flight. Staff mostly unhelpful despite challenges. Never coming back.
- DRDoug RadfordJun 25, 20265.0When you've tried the rest... try the best. Absolutely first class!!
- JRJacob RockJun 20, 20265.0My wife and I booked a night here during our honeymoon across the PCH. Definitely a must check out for price/convenience/staff friendliness. They gave us a bottle of champagne in our room when we got there. Easy walking distance to beach/restaurants/shops in Carmel. The tub and bathroom were great, with heated floors. We loved the robes and bedroom view.
- KSKatharina SinneckerMay 31, 20155.0A big suprise ...booked it on short notice and it turns out to be the perfect spot.great room ( ours was the King size bed room), great bathroom, breathtaking view ,own terasse! the staff was extremely friendly and even organized a parking spot for our oversized car that didnt fit into their spots.nice fireplace to sit outside and good breakfast is included. probably THE hotel secret spot ever .thanks for the great stay.
