- PPPaulaOct 7, 20264.0Location is great, because you could walk everywhere in Carmel from here. The room was fine, slightly outdated but clean and comfortable. TV was blurry. One thing I did not like was how in the breakfast, they added cream to the breakfast eggs but did not put up a sign indicating that. Being lactose intolerant I immediately suspected the eggs had some form of milk added to them because I could smell it. When I asked they confirmed it had cream. Thankfully I had only tried a little, but for someone with food allergies/sensitivities, that could have ruined a whole day in the trip, from unknowingly eating scrambled eggs that had cream.

There is one small downside, however: the rooms are very poorly soundproofed. Unfortunately, you hear a lot from your neighbors, like every time they take a shower. Despite that, I’m giving it 5 stars because the stay was really great.
