Josie, Ed, and Teresa were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The property has everything you need for a relaxing stay, with fully furnished apartments, a communal deck with loungers, a new BBQ for sunset dinners, complimentary shared washers and dryers, on-demand movies, off-street parking, and beach essentials like chairs, umbrellas, and towels. Their local recommendations were a great bonus. Highly recommended.

The rooms are comfortable, clean, and perfect for a relaxing coastal getaway. Waking up to the sound of the waves is definitely a highlight. It’s also conveniently close to the pier, restaurants, and local attractions, making it easy to explore Oceanside on foot. A peaceful and beautiful spot for a beach vacation.

Our room and the view were beautiful, and the management was as welcoming as renting from a friend. We absolutely love Carlsbad, and we didn't have to drive anywhere during our entire stay. The food was great, and we are absolutely looking forward to coming back.

All rooms come with a kitchenette so it you want a snack or need Bathroom break just walk to your room then back to fun in the sun. An easy walk to the lovely assortment of restaurants, bars and shops of Carlsbad . It is a quiet, comfortable and restful property with friendly and accommodating staff.
