- LCLorraine CobosJun 16, 20265.0I am very picky about our hotels but this fit our roadtrip budget and after reading the reviews I can’t think of anything wrong with this location. Rooms were clean and spacious provided bathrooms products. Beds were super comfy for someone with back problems I slept like a baby thank you BW! The looked clean the jacuzzi could be a little bit hotter but did the job but the timer should be longer every 30mins was a pain. Breakfast was delicious eggs, sausage and sausage gravy with biscuits, Belgian waffles can’t complain, cottage cheese, fruit nicely, and fresh always cold, always being stocked With plenty of seating even outside to enjoy a nice cool breeze privately would definitely stay here and recommend this location!

We got a room with a fireplace because it was the only room that was open. Then I tried to turn it off and it won’t. AC short cycles. Half the room is cold and other part by the door is warm with AC on. Also sometimes when AC is off it turns on. And if the AC is set to 68 and I put it at 72 when I’m gone the heat kicks on. One night I woke up to kids running on top of us at 3am but I didn’t feel like complaining Pool was freezing (of course). We paid $1200 for just 5 nights just crazy prices and the hotel is just mediocre. The breakfast was good though. Question what is the pool and hot tub heated to?

Best Western in general can be hit or miss, but this location checks a lot of boxes for the good. The room was very clean, staff were friendly, and the breakfast was really decent. They even had fresh berry cups to go with your eggs and bacon. The location is also good, just a few minutes from Capitola beaches. I would absolutely stay here again!
