- SPsusana pachecoSep 24, 20263.0My overall experience was mixed. The hotel has a lot of potential. The room was very spacious and modern, with a nice walk-in shower. The location was great, breakfast was good, and the customer service was friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was disappointing. Under the bed was extremely dirty, and there was also a lot of dirt and buildup behind the chairs and in areas that clearly had not been cleaned thoroughly. It made me uncomfortable knowing I was staying in a room where dirt from previous guests was still present. I really hope management takes this feedback seriously and invests more attention in the housekeeping and cleaning standards. The hotel already has so many great qualities, but cleanliness is one of the most important parts of a guest’s experience. No matter how beautiful or comfortable a room is, it’s difficult to fully enjoy your stay when the space doesn’t feel clean. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration because this hotel has great potential. Improving the cleanliness would make a big difference in the overall guest experience and whether guests feel comfortable returning.

Parti comuni ben tenute, pulite ed organizzate. Ampia piscina curata e pulita. Ottima la colazione ed il parcheggio subito dietro la struttura. A pochi minuti dal centro di Capitola e location ottima anche per arrivare a Santa Cruz. Molto consigliato!
