  I rarely leave negative reviews, but I think it is important to share my experience fairly. Overall, I actually enjoyed my stay. The hotel itself was good, the rooms were comfortable, and the staff were genuinely excellent. In particular, the breakfast team and the front desk staff were professional, friendly and did everything they could to help me. Unfortunately, during my stay (Room 216, January 20–23, 2026), I found and captured a live bed bug in my room and immediately handed it to the front desk staff. At checkout, I was offered a credit for one night's stay. As I had to leave immediately to catch my flight, I accepted this because it was the only compensation that could be provided on the spot. I was advised to contact hotel management and/or Best Western Corporate regarding any further review of the case. After returning home, I had to isolate my luggage, professionally clean clothing and take precautions to avoid bringing bed bugs into my home. I contacted the hotel management directly but never received a reply. I then opened a case with Best Western Corporate. After several months of correspondence, Corporate ultimately maintained the hotel's position and, after my final follow-up, communication stopped completely. Finding a bed bug can happen in any hotel. What disappointed me was not the reaction of the hotel staff—they handled the situation professionally—but the complete lack of communication and customer care from management afterwards. I sincerely hope the treatment carried out after my report resolved the issue for future guests.

  The breakfast is all right if you don't have high expectations clean quiet comfortable Staff is very friendly 9 out of 10 would recommend I'll be coming back very soon

  This hotel is just absolutely worth it for the price. Our room was super clean and well made. The bed was so comfortable and I like that they had smaller pillows compared to hotels that have huge pillows usually. I have a walking boot and use crutches, so the fact that the bathroom had accessibility with hand rails next to the toilet and in the shower were pretty great. The staff at the front desk were kind and very helpful when we would enter and leave, and when we required more towels. Lastly, we are so appreciative of the woman was who maintaining the breakfast area. She was so kind and nice, and she offered to help us (and others!) and bring us items to our table. She kept all items stocked and well presented and clean. I’ll definitely stay here again when I’m in the area.
