  Used this hotel to get ready for my wedding and it delivered. The rooms are very spacious, and there’s a big window to help with natural light. The breakfast was decent, the coffee was YUMMY!!! Service was very good, the house keepers decorated my room!!! It is right off the highway so you can hear the cars going by if your room is right next to it. It’s not a great location- nothing around and you have to get back on the freeway to go anywhere.

  I’m a picky person when it comes to hotels. I have stayed in InterContinental hotels in Australia and other countries, so when I saw this was by IHG, I was hopeful. Skeptical but still hopeful since we needed something off the freeway. Check in was easy and they even allowed us to check in a couple hours early. Robert at the front desk was so kind and helpful- even giving us fresh baked cookies!🍪 . Every single staff member that we contacted were all so kind. Seriously, great service like I’ve received in higher end hotels. The room was clean and no evidence of any kind of bugs/bed bugs. I’m super paranoid even in the nicest hotels, I check every square inch before bringing luggage in. The room space was great for 3 people with 2 queen beds, 2 chairs, a desk and a little table for the corner chair. The bathroom was a tighter squeeze with the toilet directly in front of the door, but the shower head had great pressure and the lighted mirror was nice. The mini fridge was an actual fridge that kept things cold. The bathroom had Dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and body lotion. If you needed a toothbrush or essentials like that, there was a sign that said the front desk would bring complimentary ones. So nice! They have ice machine on the 3rd floor with filtered ice. The 1st floor’s wasn’t working at the time. They have a small pool and spa, as well as a gym. The bed and pillows were super comfy! Like, I’d love to own their pillows 😂 the only downside was having room 218 which is right on the mail hall outside of the elevator so we heard the annoying people who don’t know how to be quiet late at night. We asked if there was a late check out option and was given 12:30pm but we ended up checking out around 8:50am to get on the road. They have a complementary breakfast which is actually good! Fresh eggs, sausages, fruit, pancakes, juices, yogurts, boiled eggs, toast, pastries, and a cereal bar. This place is a great option for something super convenient off the freeway!

  The check in process was amazing. It was quick and easy. Got the 500 points for being a member. The cookies were delicious and we got a few. Location was great being so close to the highway, it was easy to get in and out. Felt safe the whole time we were there. Our room and the hotel in general was clean. I didn’t see anything off in our room. We liked all the seating available in the room. Definitely worth checking at CAF if you’re in the area.

  Clean and comfortable, but the service was above and beyond! The baby crib was not up to standard, so bought a pack and play. The fold out couch is not for anyone over 40 lbs, maybe. But they made up for these things by having excellent staff, cleanliness, and reasonable prices. We stayed three nights and were very happy with our stay.
