  The check in process was amazing. It was quick and easy. Got the 500 points for being a member. The cookies were delicious and we got a few. Location was great being so close to the highway, it was easy to get in and out. Felt safe the whole time we were there. Our room and the hotel in general was clean. I didn’t see anything off in our room. We liked all the seating available in the room. Definitely worth checking at CAF if you’re in the area.

  Clean and comfortable, but the service was above and beyond! The baby crib was not up to standard, so bought a pack and play. The fold out couch is not for anyone over 40 lbs, maybe. But they made up for these things by having excellent staff, cleanliness, and reasonable prices. We stayed three nights and were very happy with our stay.

  This is my favorite place to stay clean and close to the freeway. If you like to shop the outlet mall is close by and movie theaters. There are beaches in the area and local events.

  My daughter had a tournament in Camarillo over the weekend and I had reserved a suite with two queen beds and a sofa bed. The room was paid for in advance. Check in time was 3 PM. I was there by 4:45 when I got there the attendant said oh you have a king bed I said no I have two queen beds and a sofa bed Then she said oh yes I’m sorry I don’t have it available, but I can put you in a room with with a king bed I told her my room was reserved and it’s been paid for. It’s four of us. We are not going to fit in a king bed. She said she was sorry but they were having plumbing issues and I said well how can you resolve this? Why didn’t you call me before I drove here? We are exhausted. I have a reservation and I have four people with me and she said maybe you can talk to a manager I said what would your manager do? She said I’m sorry ma’am there’s nothing I can do. I went onto their website at that moment and the exact room that I have paid for was showing up available I showed her and she said we have a new system. I cannot remove it and I said what are you talking about? Your systems are made to remove rooms that are not available. She said sorry ma’am I can’t help you. We were exhausted and furious. The manager never bothered to come out and apologize or say anything she just kept saying sorry ma’am there’s nothing I can do. We have plumbing issues. I said if you have plumbing issues, you should have plumbing issues in your entire hotel yet you’re trying to accommodate me in a one king size bedfor four people I told her you are showing that you have a lot of rooms available. Are you going to make people drive here and reserve rooms and then tell them that they’re not available?. That is very deceitful. She just kept saying sorry man there’s nothing I can do.

  Just arrived for our 2 night stay. The young lady at the front desk was very welcoming and patient with our check in. Came up to drop our luggage and our room is very nice and clean. Went to go grab a quick bite after our 2 1/2 hour drive and forgot to get some milk for my 2 year old. I asked if they by any chance sold small cartons of milk and the other lady said that they did not. Before I could even finish saying thank you to walk out Ayana (I think this is how you spell it, if not I apologize) offered to give me one from their stock for breakfast so I didn’t have to drive to get some after a long day. Thank you so much! I don’t know if my headache pain gave it away but I really didn’t want to drive to the store for some. I’m exhausted!! Thank you for your great customer service! Thank you for going above and beyond. You are the true definition of Excellent Customer Service!
