  We arrived to the airport late-around midnight. We went to the airport shuttle area to catch the shuttle to the hotel. There were at least 20-25 people that all got picked up by other hotel shuttles. I tried calling the front desk of the hotel to ask if the shuttle was still running. I got the same recording and until I finally got through to reservations. I spoke to someone who put me on hold to call the front desk for me. This entire process took about 1/2 hour until I was disconnected. She had asked me for a call back number but never called me. Meanwhile, while I was on hold, the bus passed by without stopping. It was about 12:45 when we decided to take a taxi. The receptionist advised me that he doesn’t answer the phone if he is alone at the desk. Customer service? I think not. The bed was comfortable but that was about it. The hotel needs some TLC as well. Done with Crowne Plaza.

  Part of the reason I booked was because of the airport shuttle. We waited over 50mins for the shuttle to arrive before getting an uber. When we arrived at the counter, we asked about it, and the guy at the counter was like oh yeah they don’t run between 5-6:30. I asked if that was on the website because I didn’t see it and he said no. I then asked about a laundry service and he said was a third party and overpriced. Honestly, I appreciated the cander . Very much seemed like a reasonable person being hamstrung by management. Also I booked via a third party website and they tried for over a week to contact by phone but they didn’t pick up. I tried myself and they didn’t pick up. They only picked up when I lied on phones robotic decision tree. When I called I said “I am looking to book a hotel, and …” when I was cut off but the lady on the phone who said “don’t you mean you are trying to book a hotel ROOM? Not the entire hotel?”, which was really odd. Like of course I was trying to book a room. Rooms are fine, but dated.

  Old and run down, badly in need of maintenance and a refresh. Tape holding carpet in places. 2 of the 3 elevators were out of service on a 10 story building and the one that was in service was partially broken (up/down lights, one button panel inoperative). No bottled waters half the time in a very sparse lobby snack bar and poorly stocked overall. Thoughtless shuttle driver boxed us in while we were leaving and didn't bother to pull into the marked shuttle loading area. Desk staff and bartender were great. Staff is making the best of it. Room was clean but also run down. Stained drapes that required a lot of effort to open and close. AC and heater did work well. Cracked sink, old tub shower that had mis marked hot/cold and took forever to produce hot water. Not going back.

  Light didn’t work in room, paint coming off the ceiling all outlets barely worked so we only could use the 2 in the bathroom. THREE (3) elevators but had problems (2 out of order & 1 barely working) there are 20 of us sitting at 1 am bc we can’t get to our rooms. Mind you we were here in may & the elevator was broken then. It’s basically September. Engineers were told to everyone at random times5-7pm! THE FIRE DEPT had to come out here to unlock the doors so we walk up AT 1 AM. RICHARD at the front desk was wonderful & helped everyone even tho they were all upset. Absolutely kept EVERYONE calm!!! He was probably the best person I’ve dealt w here bc all I’ve got w l attitude. Then half way thru the day someone spilled a drink in the elevator. That stayed about an hour all over the floor. I don’t know what type of management is running this facility but def Richard helped a lot! Hell the shift prior couldn’t even tell me where to get a plate nor did she give a damn about anything I was saying

  It's alright. It gets kind of loud since the freeway is right there. You also have to pay for parking, which sucks, especially since one of the Marriotts is right there and their parking looked free. The parking setup is also kind of complicated, or they've made it more complicated than it needs to be. It's pretty irritating that they couldn't just give me access with my room key from the start, and I still don't have access because apparently there's only one person who can set it up. Anyways, moving on. There's no complimentary water in the room, and no toothbrush or toothpaste, so you'll have to buy your own. The AC isn't central either, so you can hear the unit running in the room. Other than that, it's in a decent spot. I was originally trying to book the Crowne Plaza in Foster City, but I don't know what happened with that. On the positive side, the Filipino lady at the front desk was nice and helpful.
