- JKJulia K2 days ago5.0The Beverly Wilshire is such an iconic trademark that I had to stay there for a weekend. It was a beautiful stay. All staff were very friendly and hospitable towards me and my pet dino :) The restaurant offers a variety or cocktails and mocktains as well as great steak. The rooms are quite small but decent size for Beverly Hills and very clean.

- A최수연May 10, 20265.0결론먼저 말씀드리면 특별한 추억을 위해 LA로 여행가는분들께 너무 추천드리고 싶은 호텔입니다! 저는 미국 서부로 9박10일 신혼여행을 다녀왔습니다. 샌프란-라스베가스-LA 일정으로 마지막으로 Beverly Wilshire, A Four Seasons Hotel에 3박 묵었습니다. 사실 샌프란시스코나 라스베가스의 호텔은 유명 브랜드 호텔이었음에도 실망스러웠었습니다. 나름 비싼돈을 주고 예약했음에도 룸 컨디션이나 호텔 서비스는 인종차별을 하는가 싶을정도로 별로였습니다. 라스베라스에서 비행기로 LA도착에 도착해서, 지친 몸으로 체크인을 하러 갔는데 프론트 데스크의 Andre가 정말 밝은 에너지로 따뜻하게 맞이해 주셨고, 이런 저런 질문을 하며 제 LA 여행에 진심으로 관심을 가져주셨습니다. 제가 사실 지금 신혼여행 중이라고하니 마치 친한친구 일처럼 기뻐하고 축하해주면서 자기네 호텔을 허니문 호텔로 골라주어 고맙다고 말해주었습니다. 또 한국인인 것을 알고 한국어로 인사까지 건네주셔서 더욱 감동이었어요. Andre가 연락했는지 잠시 후에는 한국인 매니저 Catherine님께서도 직접 로비로 나오셔서 환영해 주시고, 저희에게 샴페인까지 준비해 주셨습니다. 이처럼 세심하고 진심 어린 환대에 깊이 감동했고, 역시 Four Seasons는 다르구나라는 생각이 들었습니다. 예약할 때 혹시나 하는 기대로 신혼여행이라고 이메일을 드렸었는데, 룸 업그레이드까지 해주셔서 정말 감사했고 잊지 못할 경험이 되었습니다. 이 호텔은 유서가 깊은데도 올드하거나 낡아 보이지 않고 전체적으로 매우 고풍스러우면서 세련되고 매우 깨끗했습니다. (좋은말 다 갖다붙이는 것 같지만 가보시면 압니다…) 무엇보다 모든 직원분들이 매우 친절하셨습니다. 발렛 해주시는 분들이나, 물을 부탁하려고 잠시 전화한 게스트룸 서비스 응대해주시늨 분까지, 사무적이지 않고 친근했습니다. (체크아웃할때 분은 초큼 차갑나?싶었지만 다른분들이 워낙 친절했던 것이겠지요) 이번 신혼여행의 마무리를 이 호텔에서 할 수 있어서 너무 감사했어요. 단연, 신혼여행 여정 중 최고의 선택은 바로 이 호텔을 선택한 것이었다고 자신 있게 말할 수 있습니다. 참, 그리고 호텔은 비버리힐스 중심에 있어서 명품거리 한가운데 있습니다. 당연하지만 거리도 너무 이쁘고, 카페도 많고 먹을 곳도 많습니다. 요즘 핫플인 슈퍼마켓 Erewhon도 걸어갈수있어서 아침 식사대신스무디와 샌드위치 먹고 좋았습니다. 신혼여행 계획하며 수많은 호텔을 검색했지만 다시 LA에 간다고 해도 이 호텔에 묵을 것 같습니다. 그리고 이 기회를 빌어 프론트의 Andre, Catherine, 다시한번 저희 신혼여행을 행복하고 즐겁게 장식해주어 너무 고맙습니다.

The service at the hotel restaurant was far from what I expected. We ordered avocado toast and a rodeo egg muffin. Both had an extremely hard bread base; it was practically impossible to bite into them. I also ordered a chocolate muffin, which was added to my bill but never brought to the table. When I mentioned the issue to the waiter, they removed the charge from the bill, but there was never an apology or even a hint of empathy. When making the reservation, I mentioned that we were celebrating an anniversary, but no one made any distinction. I expected much more from a restaurant on par with a Four Seasons, especially given that it's such an iconic hotel on Rodeo Drive. Unfortunately, it fell far short. The service was poor, even bad, and the food was disappointing.

I am only sorry I did not get to use the gym( yoga studio) as I was not physically well. My last stay 8 years ago was amazing. This hotel is my favorite along with the Corinthia in London. Special acknowledgement to Surya our waiter for breakfast on our last day. He is meticulous in manners and customer experience. Our stay was brief - but felt like home due to staff. C.
