The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the location was convenient for getting to the stadium shuttle. However, we felt the hotel was too expensive for the quality of the accommodations. The furniture and bathroom shelves were very flimsy, and the loud bathroom fan made it difficult to sleep. The complimentary continental breakfast was appreciated, but the front desk/breakfast area was extremely small. While we appreciated the helpful staff and convenient location, the overall quality of the room and amenities did not feel consistent with the price we paid at $230/night. Shop around!

I could have given zero stars but not an option.. I called on 25 September 0908 hrs and 0909 hrs local time to add a note to one of the bookings, will not get into detail but the front desk guy took down all the details and hopefully added the notes to the reservation. When asked for the name of the person, literally hung up on me.. I called again giving him the benefit of doubt that the line may have disconnected, but even the second time, picked up the call and when asked the name, hung up again.. I can now understand why this hotel has poor ratings and they intend to keep it like this rather than raising their standards.. This experience is without stepping or staying in the hotel, I dont want to imagine what would happen to people after they actually turn up. If the management is really concerned, they should find out who the front desk person was and try to understand the reason to not disclose the name of the person. The call must have come in from same +44 number twice

Having a super bad experience at this hotel. First of all having a lot of problems when i was about to check in and it cause delayed for one hour because they got a problem on their system. Second, we were requesting late check out because it was delayed when we checked in, i ended up got it for extra 30m. But they keep rushing me to get out of the room and the receptionist and the cleaning lady literally waiting outside of my room, waiting for me to come put. That’s so uncomfortable, feels like im a criminal. This is really bad, u you need to hired a new professional team. The one working this morning is very rude, impatient and disrespectful.
