Hot breakfast included with great variety. Good price. Accommodated a very early check in. Everything you expect at a Holiday Inn but hard to find elsewhere.

Since I had stayed at Holiday Inns before I assumed that I would be able to have a much better time while I received some very stress full Medical Treatments. But I had a terrible experience the rooms were great they were clean nice everything else. The front desk staff though except for the lady at night she was great was so rude to me. Yana who works during the daytime was very unhelpful treated me like I was a bother that's all I'm going to go into it I don't even need to say anymore just not happy with the experience at all I will never go back there again the management everything except for housekeeping was great and the girl at night

The key features in my mind are the larger than average rooms, strong water pressure and true blackout curtains. My only complaint about the room is that the mini fridge is loud, especially when you are trying to sleep! I wish hotels would only install mini fridges on request. The breakfast spread is pretty generic and what you'd expect from a HIE. I was surprised to see no bananas or Greek yogurt though. The staff I interacted with were very average at best. They did the motions of their jobs but there weren't any smiles or passion. I would stay again if I'm in the area but I wouldn't seek out the hotel.
