We stayed here for one night before an early flight out of SFO. I’ll admit, after seeing the 3 star rating, I was a little skeptical about what to expect. When we first arrived, the surrounding area seemed a bit sketchy, but the hotel itself was well-maintained and gave us a much better impression.
We were pleasantly surprised.
The room was very clean, smelled fresh, and the air conditioning worked great, kept the room nice and cold all night. The bed was comfortable, so we slept well, and we also appreciated that the hotel provided Dove bath products for guests, which was a nice touch.
Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations.
If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and affordable place to stay near SFO, this is definitely worth considering.
This hotel is located right next to an apartment building. Some restaurants are within walking distance. Grocery store was a little farther away. Check in is at 3pm, check out 12. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, there are firm and soft pillows to choose from. Continental breakfast was included. Breakfast is available from 6:30 am to 9am. For our visit the pancake machine was out of service. Other hot food items available were: oatmeal, cheese omelet, turkey sausage, bacon, sausage gravy and biscuits. There's bread, muffins, bagel, boiled eggs, cold cereal, yogurt and toppings. Coffee and hot water machine is accessible all day and night. The restroom shares one switch for light and vent. It's so loud that when people in the adjacent room left it on from midnight, it was a continuous buzzing sound till they turned it off at 6 am. Some people in the apartment building next door got very loud at night that the noise filtered through, windows didn't seem sound-proofed. Didn't ask if parking was free, we Ubered from the airport.

We stayed here for a week, overall we had a great experience, and we're surrounded mostly by great staff during our stay. There are two members I would like to take a moment to brag about, these two members were exceptionally helpful during our week with this hotel. They were always super nice, always smiling and took the time to say hi and make us feel comfortable during our stay. Whenever something was needed they took the time to make sure we had it swiftly and with a smile on their face. I wish more people were like Carlos and Claudia at the Belmont Location. I would like to thank you both for making us welcome and feel at home during our time there. Once again a huge shout out to Claudia and Carlos on the housekeeping crew. Many tend to overlook the ones who do the most to keep these places running. We appreciate you two.
I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of our room. When we arrived, there were small glass shards on the bathroom floor and even on the carpet just outside the bathroom. I had to get down on my hands and knees with a flashlight to make sure I found and cleaned up all the pieces before we could safely use the room. There was also what looked like a piece of ground beef on the floor next to the bed that was covered in ants. It honestly didn't seem like the floors had been vacuumed at all.
The shower and sink had visible black mold, and the towels had stains and hair on them.
I'm giving this hotel 1 star because the location was convenient and the breakfast was good. However, based on the cleanliness of the room, I won't be staying here again. Cleanliness is one of the most basic expectations when staying at a hotel, and unfortunately this room fell far below that standard. I hope management takes these issues seriously and improves their housekeeping practices.

I recently stayed in Room 211 at this Holiday Inn, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. There were several noticeable issues during my stay, which I have included photos of:
* No Natural Light & Blocked View: The window view is completely obstructed by a tree. You can't see anything except leaves, making the room incredibly dark with absolutely no natural sunlight.
* Dirty Linens: I picked up one of the small towels and immediately noticed two distinct, light dirty spots on it.
* Poor Shower Layout: The shower is terribly designed. The right side is blocked, making it impossible to reach in and turn the water on from the outside. You have to physically step into the shower to turn the knob, forcing you to endure about 10 seconds of freezing cold water before it finally warms up.
* Outdated Amenities: The room features a very small, ancient TV paired with an outdated remote control.
Overall, this stay fell far below expectations. Between the dark room, cleanliness issues, and poor bathroom layout, I would not recommend staying in this room.
