    It's really loud since being so close to the freeway. The A/C kept turning off despite turning it down. And I still haven't received a copy of bill by email.

    Had a problem with my booking. It was booked third-party. Spoke directly to the general manager at this Location and Araceli went above and beyond, and helped me through the process. This place was wonderful and I would strongly recommend

    Solid 5⭐️ within its respective category. 👍🛏️ Rooms are clean with all basic amenities available (e.g. refrigerator, microwave) 👩‍💻 Polite and professional front desk, although the following morning I had trouble checking-out since the staff member was gone for an extended period of time. Delayed my work schedule as a result. 🍳☕️ Breakfast served in the morning, but a huge plus that the coffee/tea/hot water machine is available 24/7 in the lobby. 🅿️🚗 Accessible parking in front of the building. 👍🛣️ Convneietnly located, right in between L.A. area and Palm Springs. The hotel itself is next to a freeway, but the noise of the road did not bother me. I didn’t notice any problems with the noise level. 📆 Traveled in February 2026.

    It’s about 5 feet off the freeway (all the hotels around here seem to be) so it was not quiet from street noise. I played my own white noise & used ear plugs. When neighbors were slamming doors repeatedly someone from the front desk came up right away to ask them to quiet down, I appreciated that. The only other thing is that they need to ditch the fancy coffee machines in the breakfast room (that grind & brew each cup to order) cuz there was a massive line for coffee and no one wants to wait. (Although you also have coffee in your room, but still) you’re not fancy holiday inn, just brew the big urns so we can start our days without a line & a confusing touch screen coffee machine.
