  They do not respect the do not disturb sign in the door and enter your room anyways. We had personal property taken from our luggage. Management claimed would look into it would follow up with us. That never happened. Anytime we tried to contact management about it we were told they were gone for the day and would leave message for them to call back. Never got a call back and management was supposed to be on the property at times we called. Best Western was always preferred place to stay but after this experience will never stay at a Best Western again.

  We stayed last July 25 and it was a horrible experience, initially. TV did not work, no internet. Maintenance man tried for 20 min to fix it - unsuccessful. All the plugs were very old and would not work for any of our devices and there weren't many in the room or bathroom. They had to give us a new room while we waited in the lobby. Looked like they rented to homeless people. Pool was green! We did not go in it. Drove a long way and too tired to look for another hotel. Breakfast was good!

  Full breakfast is no good under Cook bacon burn sausage. No cereal no juice for poor service

  The rooms were not that great. The hallways and rooms smelled. Beautiful swimming area. Had a great free breakfast the next morning. Staff was pleasant.

  Had an amazing time here! Everything was clean and pool was open!
