This was ok for a 1 night “need somewhere to stop off the freeway” situation. Beds were clean and comfortable, and AC worked really well, but hotel and rooms were very dated. The door to our room was in poor condition and there was a gap between the floor and door, where we could see outside. Hotel was gated, but location had a lot of unhoused people out front. The key pad to get into the room beeped all night. Rosie at the front desk was so kind and helpful during check in.
Rude lady with funky piercing on her lip that works the diner needs to be fired with her rude self. Being very disrespectful to my family. No customer service. Cursing at co-workers, rudely throwing plates on customers tables. We had to get up and go behind counter to get our own silverware. Because we were being ignored.

This hotel has the worst gate problem. You can’t get in or out and it really is a problem when your trying to get to work

First off the staff, amazing. Absolutely the best, Ms Rosie at front desk and Ms Megan who does breakfast are out of this world with hospitality and kindness. The hotel itself is different I absolutely loved the layout. The rain head shower was a nice touch. Slept so good on a comfy bed and my children has so much fun here.
The ladies at the front desk were friendly and completely explained all of the amenities.
The hotel has a restaurant with a free, full breakfast and a separate lounge for adult beverages.
It has a pool and a jacuzzi and pool towels are provided. The pool area also has a BBQ grille. Secure, gated and patrolled parking is provided free of charge.
A map of the facility is provided which desiginates the emergency exit locations and the locations of fire extinguishers. I've never received something like this in my decades of travel. Very considerate.
My room was beautiful, immaculate and quite large. The bed was very comfortable.
I will return to this hotel and highly recommend it.
