  Very nice hotel. Bed, sheets and towels all top quality. Counter and breakfast attendant very friendly.

  The Holiday Inn Express & Suites offers clean, comfortable rooms, and the plush king-size bed was a welcome relief after a long day of travel. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and it meant a lot that the staff graciously allowed us to bring our grandkids over to swim and make some memories. When our in-room AC went out on the second night, the team handled it right away and moved us to a new room without hesitation. My only minor complaint is the morning coffee setup: there are no in-room coffee makers, so you have to head down to the lobby, where the only creamer options are 2% milk and vanilla Coffee-mate.

  The system let me book a room for 2 adults and 2 kids, but the room cannot fit 4. The front desk lady was rude and did not offer any resolution. Avoid this place. The booking system could have had issues and i understand. The 0 start is for utter lack of empathy. The reviews below show that i am not the first person to be treated like this by the front desk lady. Good riddance.

  I had a very disappointing experience from the moment I arrived. I said hello to the receptionist, and she didn’t even greet me back. My Expedia reservation was clearly made for 3 guests, and the price on my Expedia invoice already reflected that reservation. However, the receptionist tried to charge me an additional $50 for the third person. When I explained that the reservation was already for three people, she told me that Expedia’s third-party rate did not cover the additional guest fee. That explanation didn’t make sense to me since my confirmed reservation specifically listed three guests. Her attitude and tone were also very unpleasant. I noticed the same behavior toward other customers. For example, another guest was trying to use his points to get a beer, and the way she told him no came across as unnecessarily rude. Thankfully, I had purchased cancellation insurance through Expedia this time and was able to cancel the reservation and receive a full refund. Aside from the customer service experience, the hotel also looked much older and more dated in person than I expected from the photos. Overall, I’m glad I was able to cancel and stay elsewhere.
