  Check-in took 25 minutes because only one person was working the desk. The hotel looked outdated and poorly maintained, and the overall appearance was gross. Our first room had no working lights or air conditioning. Staff reset the circuit breaker, which restored both for about five minutes before they failed again. We asked to move rooms. The second room had a window AC unit that did not work. It was 102 degrees on the island. Staff said they could not fix the AC, had no other rooms available, and that a refund would require us to leave the hotel.

  The mattresses are basically trampolines, extremely stiff and springy. We had a large strip of carpet missing from the floor and a top window missing blinds so the sunrise would light up the entire room at 6:30 am. (Room 302). Just general damage all around the room, why this place isn’t dog friendly is beyond me as there’s nothing left to be damage. Sliding door lock barely works, would not consider the room secure. No room service unless requested. We left here tired and sore due to the sleeping arrangements.. Close walk into town but know this place is like a well used 40 year old motel 6 that has not been updated in any way. Very disappointed unfortunately.

  First off I never review places No back story needed this was the only availability on the island I could find for a Saturday night. 719 dollars is what they charged me for the suit lol with a beautiful view In the picture. There are no views here…Everything about this place is wrong everything is held together with painters tape. The WiFi does not work the tvs and cable do not work the air conditioner only works in the pointless living space but not the bedroom. The staff is not very nice this place is a 1 star hotel but for 700 for a night you would expect anything better then what I got. The whole thing makes me want to get a lawyer and sue this place. I can’t believe how they did me.. one star

  Extremely disappointing experience. We booked the room only about 5 minutes before arriving, and when we walked in, the room smelled terrible and was absolutely disgusting. There was cracked glass, and the room had a sliding door entrance that opened directly toward the bed with no apparent security. We immediately felt uncomfortable staying there. My wife was pregnant at the time, which made us even more concerned about the condition and safety of the room. We politely explained that we did not feel comfortable staying the night and kindly asked if we could cancel and receive our money back. Unfortunately, they refused. We ended up leaving, and the room was never used at all. We also tried following up regarding the cancellation and refund, but nobody has gotten back to us.

  unfortunately, I hate to do this, but I have to make this review. This hotel is very out of date very dirty in fact to the point of maybe disgusting. It is very rundown not taken care of the staff at the front desk is very good. There’s nothing wrong in that department. The problem is the rooms and the upkeep and I don’t know the owner just doesn’t care or what but this place is not fit for the price they should not be an expensive hotel. There should be a two star hotel with two star rates. we were given a room that was so bad that the people across the way could see into and onto our bed. There’s no curtain. There’s no any kind of privacy in the door as you can see the privacy has been peeled off and has been that way for a long time. I don’t know what’s going on with this hotel and I hate to make a bad review but people need to understand and see what really going on here. Do not use the tub. It’s disgusting. There’s very low water pressure which I get it. It’s an island but there’s no need for all this filth. and there’s no blackout curtains you can actually see outside as people walk by your room and they can actually see inside the room. They can see shadows so just not cool.
