  We are here for Avalon ball, one of the busiest weekends, the hotel is sold out and lots of people are trying to check in, but only one person checking in the guests, answering phones etc. The check-in time takes so long! Also, the hot tub is really dirty

  Their building is falling apart and pieces are breaking on people's heads! You heard that right. The hard plastic above the shower literally fell off the ceiling while I was showering and broke on my head... filed an incident report, took photos, and handed over the actual parts. I was told by the receptionist that I would be getting a refund and 2 days later when I call to inquire about the refund I'm told that "there's just no way it fell without tampering" and that I would receive the resort fee back ($30). Actually insulting that they have no ability to take responsibility for the conditions of their building and plans to remedy the situation. Besides being outdated, unclean, most windows being cracked, and moldy bathrooms, the building just isn't safe. If you value your safety and the safety of those you are traveling with, this is not the hotel for you!

  Rixie was beyond professional while also being very happy and polite and upbeat. She was very helpful with holding our luggage before and after our stay. She told us about the taxi service and a great app called Ride Circuit. Our rides one way were $2.00 a person. It was great knowing that we didn't have to walk up the hill to the hotel! We were given the title of "Guest of the Day" and got a great room upgrade! The balcony overlooking the bay was glorious. The room is a little tired but still very comfy. When we needed help with the TV, the guy came very quickly. We were happy to hear they do have an elevator. Our stay was so much better with the room upgrade and working with Rixie was a super pleasure!!

  It is a 2 star hotel but it is quite comfortable and clean. With the perks off having been upgraded to a eoom with a kitchen. It is pretty comfortable. We never got to use the kitchen because i wasn't expecting to have one. But all is pretty functional. I will definetely plan to be back. The lady in the reception was very accommodating. Me and my son felt right at home away from home. And it is near every place i wanted to visit. Just relaxing.

  Don’t book this hotel unless you want a motel type of stay. We’re very disappointed at this hotel. The room was very old, broken furniture, dirty carpet, very outdated appliances. Definitely not what the website pictured and felt scammed. Overpriced for the weekend stay and not worth the expense. Definitely a very negative experience for our trip there
