- GGGregMay 5, 20264.0Front desk staff and cleaning staff were very kind and welcoming. The room, bed and bathroom were comfortable. Quiet room off the courtyard. Only one area of improvement. We did not use the in room heating/cooling as it had an unpleasant odor when we tried it. Also, the cleaning staff after cleaning the room from the former tenants spray a room deodorizer that is extremely pungent and unpleasant. We opened the window to lessen the odor. Overall, a good stay and would recommend.
- BMBeth MyersApr 27, 20265.0What a gem! Everyone working here is SO NICE and helpful. Location is amazing. Walking distance to downtown Auburn. Hotel is dog friendly! The restaurant on site is awesome. Beds are comfy. 10 out of 10 in every category possible. Looking forward to staying here again.
