    We’ve been traveling for a month and staying at motels throughout our trip, but we’ve never stayed at one quite like this! It all started with the warm welcome we received from Damien at the front desk. His kindness and outstanding hospitality truly warmed our hearts. The place is well-maintained, clean, and very comfortable to stay in. Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality!

    We often use this IHG brand and are generally pleased, as in this case, but the staff here took it to another level; so helpful, engaged, and friendly (checking both in and out). Restaurant recommendation for Cielo was greatly appreciated, and our late check out request was granted - even though they were completely full that night - giving us a relaxed Sunday morning to attend church nearby. Just a very positive experience. Nice pool deck is visible just outside the lobby/breakfast area. When wine tasting in the Paso area we will be back!

    Came to town for my niece's wedding and stayed here. Great experience. Super courteous and helpful staff, Clean, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, etc. My only complaint is that their single (1) elevator servicing 3 floors appears to be the world's slowest elevator. Seriously, the elevator at this place is slow as hell.

    Great, friendly staff! Room was clean and spacious. Comfortable beds. Lobby was clean. The breakfast was excellent and love that coffee is available anytime. Love the water dispenser. Love the free parking!

    The hotel is in a great location near downtown with free, hassle-free parking—even over a crowded Labor Day weekend. Note that rooms facing the 101 freeway can be a bit noisy. The room and bathroom were very clean, and the fridge and microwave worked great. We did have to call the front desk to replace unwashed sheets upon arrival, but it was resolved quickly. However, customer service regarding IHG One Rewards was disappointing. As Platinum Elite members, we received no room upgrade and had to bargain with the front desk just to get a 30-minute late checkout (instead of the standard requested hour). Good physical stay, but elite benefits were poorly handled.
