Using the provided guest pass grants the ability to use the facilities with a fee. Daily fees assessed by the HOA (as of 2023) are $15 per person or $75 for a group of 6. Arnold is the perfect place to enjoy Summers at the lake and winters in the snow. We are a wanderlust family and we want to share what we love with other families. We named our cabin The Cozy Cub to represent our 3 little cubs. You'll notice there are little bear cubs everywhere throughout the cabin and cozy blankets to create a warm relaxing experience. What makes it unique is the character and access to 2 private lakes.
