  We spent about 20 minutes in line for The Little Mermaid at California Adventure when the ride broke down. Every guest in the queue was sent out, and the cast members at the ride would not offer a return pass or any way to make up the wait. Rides break down, and I get that. But at these ticket prices, guests who were already in line shouldn't be sent away with nothing. A simple return pass would have been an easy fix. Disney should have a better policy for this. The bigger problem was how it was handled. The cast members at the ride were not helpful, showed no empathy for guests who had just lost their time, and didn't seem to have any authority to fix the problem. Nobody offered a return pass, an alternative, or even a real apology. Everyone was sent out of the line and left to figure it out on their own. As a Disney stockholder, I found this embarrassing and disappointing. A company that charges premium prices and sells itself on guest experience should empower its front-line staff to solve small problems like this on the spot. A cast member who can hand over a return pass costs Disney almost nothing and wins a guest's loyalty. Sending guests away with nothing does the opposite.

  Esta muy bonito el recorrido, solo fuimos en una temporada con mucha gente y el recorrido lo hacen más rápido pero es muy recomendable

  Such a beautiful ride! I’ve loved this ride since I was a kid and I’m glad they’ve kept it as it is. I’m not the biggest fan of the new queue that they read it but other than that, this ride is still great and super fun!!!

  One of my favorite Disney movies growing up and this was a fantastic experience. Lovely details, great music and brought tears to my eyes. Went through a couple of times and it was excellent!
