The only part that was exceptional about this stay here was the front desk staff. Beyond that DO NOT STAY HERE!!! There was an active leak in the bathroom ceiling. Water damage so bad there was mushrooms growing in the room that release spores. I cannot make this up. Mold everywhere, bugs in the lights, drill holes in the most random places, and dust caked on the vents. This seems like a great option because of how close it is to Disneyland, but please find somewhere else to stay.

Booked a 1 king two queen suite and when I arrived they were having issues getting us our room and was delayed almost two hours. When I did receive a room it was a two queen suite no king like I had booked online. Not sure what the point is of booking a type of room if it isn't going to be available when I arrive. They apparently would have had it available the next day but we would have had to check out of one and check into the other after 4pm that day which wasn't worth it since we had plans on going to Disneyland that night. Overall wish I had just booked an air BnB.

Good hotel, but here are some things that I observed. Shower heads shoot out an incredible amount of water, the sofa beds are the least comfortable ones I've slept on and probably need replacing. They also don't fit in the space. The breakfast is good and had a lot of options. The complimentary soft drink machine was out of soft drinks while I was there. I did notify the staff. There's no hot tub, and the pool is squeezed between the parking garage and building. It's small but clean. You can hear people talking and walking in other rooms. Could use better sound proofing. Overall and ok experience here. I've probably stayed in 25 different Staybridge suites.

This hotel has the most disgusting and disrespectful service; they have no respect for guests. Housekeeping didn't come a single day during the 10 days my two children and I stayed there—they didn't even empty the bathroom or kitchen trash. There is a total lack of communication among the staff. I do not recommend this hotel at all; the hallway smells horrible. I asked for coffee for my room three times in one day, and they didn't bring it until nightfall. I asked them not to enter the room if we weren't there, yet they kept coming in without my authorization anyway. It’s a total disaster of a place, and the staff are aggressive and rude. I bought something downstairs near the lobby, but they couldn't give me a receipt—claiming the system was down—and told me to ask for it at check-out. When it was time to leave, I asked for the receipt, but the heavy-set white woman at the front desk said she couldn't give me one because I hadn't paid for anything—even though I had paid with my card on the day 11th and again on the 13th she told me she wasn’t going to give me my receipt even though I told her I have proof on my bank account she said she don’t know how to do that and she acts aggressive and she said I’m not going to give To you and end of the conversation and she left and I was calling her to ask for the supervisor name and a business card and she told me to grab my self a card from the desk and it was 4 different cards on it I was about to call the police on her so I can have my receipt the pool is cool the elevator not working good it’s horrible here i don’t give them not even one start but this page make me do it other wise I couldn’t leave a message here they should fire all the staff from the hotel is ruining the reputation of it now I have to call the supervisor to see how can I get my receipt ridiculous 😳

This is actually my second time staying at this hotel, which is why this review is so disappointing for me to write. I chose to stay here again because I genuinely like the hotel. The location near Downtown Disney is excellent, the complimentary breakfast is convenient, the pool and happy hour are great amenities, and having a refrigerator and microwave in the room makes it easy for families to prepare simple meals. Unfortunately, this stay has been completely overshadowed by two issues: the lack of hot water and the way I was treated by a front desk employee named Briana. When I called the front desk to ask whether there was an estimated time for the hot water to be restored, Briana was dismissive and rude. I was simply trying to find out when my family might be able to take a hot shower. When I expressed concern about the way I was being spoken to, the call was ended. I later went to the front desk in person seeking assistance. Instead of receiving help or information, the interaction remained unprofessional and I was told that my family could be removed from the hotel if I continued the conversation. I understand that maintenance problems happen. What I do not understand is being treated disrespectfully for asking a reasonable question about a basic hotel amenity. This experience was especially frustrating because I am traveling with my husband and two daughters and, as of late in the evening, there was still no hot water and no estimated time for repair. I hope management reviews both the maintenance issue and the customer service concerns so future guests do not have a similar experience.
