  The front desk employees were great. The room not so much. It’s didn’t appear to have be cleaned thoroughly since there were crumbs and dust in the kitchen. The bathroom had a few ants rooming around, though I was not surprised. We were just here for one night and it served its purpose. Otherwise I would’ve said something to the staff. I would probably like to try other hotels next time to compare. Parking was $29.25w tax , it’s the norm in the area. Walk to Disneyland was about 20 mins. We didn’t make it in time for breakfast since it’s from 6:30a-9:30a, nor any of the other amenities.

  Staff is kind, do appreciate the clean pool and the complimentary breakfast as well as social hour. It is quite close to Disney and I think the convenience is the reason you would stay here. Parking is expensive and the lot isn't secure (there are signs posted everywhere that the hotel is not responsible for anything that happens to your car and/or possesions). If I am paying what I paid for our room, I expected it to not be 82 degrees when we arrived AND when we returned from Disneyland. After a long day of travel and being at Disneyland with our kids THE LAST thing I wanted was to walk into a sauna and yes this is how hot and sticky our room felt. This was also possibly the second most dirty room I have ever stayed in. There was a receipt on the floor from previous guests, a sticky napkin stuck to the wall, two different hair binders in our room (with hair on them that were not ours), stains on the sofa bed couch and shower curtain, sticky spots on the counter and literally a LAYER of dust on the closet in the room with 2 queen beds. The walls were also dirty enough that you could tell a visable difference after I cleaned them. I spent the first hour of our stay trying to make the room feel comfortable from a temperature standpoint while using clorox wipes to clean the rest. Did not make me feel like I had made a good choice in a place to stay - didn't instill any trust that the room was cleaned at all. I think if it were me, I would stay somewhere a little farther from Disney to ensure a clean and comfortable room. Hallways also reeked of weed and it wasn't subtle. And previous reviews about the trash cans overflowing is accurate. I have stayed in plenty of Staybridges before but I would not return to this one.

  Stay was very nice. What mattresses were provided? They were awesome. I took a picture of the tag but lost it. Front desk wasn't helpful.

  About as close as you can get to Disneyland without being in it. The guy at the front desk with the dark glasses was awesome.

  Cockroach in the room. Trash in the couch/pull out bed. Wife asked for hot chocolate the "white lady missing teeth" behind the counter was reluctant to get the hot chocolate not just for her but another guest looking to get hot chocolate for her little one. Same courtesy to my mother in law at breakfast. The water changed temperature on its own in the shower. After we checked in and unpacked my wife told me as the family was settling in and planning dinner ANOTHER family unlocked out door and came face to face with my family. I was comped the parking fee but that doesn't help. My hotel I normally go to doesn't charge me for parking. This place looks nice but isn't worthy of 5 stars. If you ask me the white lady that helped my wife isn't very fond of ethnicities other than white. The Hispanic man that checked us in was exceptional. IF their computer shows the rooms and the status of the room HOW DOES ANOTHER FAMILY get access to our room?!?! Luckily my family was in there. If not I very likely would have found my stuff out of the room or worse! Today you have tech, its not If, they don't have enough places to plug your cord into to charge your electronics. Luckily I had a power strip. Unfortunately I had to use it and go across the street to get wall plugs for our tech to charge them. It, however, is very close to disneyland. Right around the corner from the parking structure. The ONLY positive this place has If your white your fine. Doesn't matter that Im a disabled Veteran with a tour of Iraq under my belt my name is not a one that a white person has. They have poor service all the way around. Dont stay here unless your white
