  Everything was great, except the fact that my son’s table was left behind and wasn’t turned in by housekeeping….. super disappointed. Mind you this was the last location before it was turned off. It was left in between the bunk bed and the wall it also didn’t have a lock so it could have easily been reset. I’m sure the housekeeper that cleaned the room after we checked out kept it.

  Disgusting hotel room, mosquitos, dirty toilet. When I requested a refund they denied me. Do NOT stay here, bad service dirty rooms

  Our stay was convenient, with easy access to the convention center and the theme parks nearby. The front desk staff were kind and very helpful. However, the maintenance men and the custodial crew were very off-putting and creepy. I swam by myself in their clean pool and hot tub and while I was there the crew would go into the maintenance room by the pool and stand in the doorway to take turns to leer at me. It made me incredibly uncomfortable. As for the room itself, there was a huge gap between the bottom of the door and the ground. We woke up to find earwigs in the tub and all over the floor of our room. There was mold in the shower and the ADA room we were in had a persistent sewage smell in the restroom. It was not quiet as there were people drag racing in the streets at all hours of the night and the maintenance carts the staff rolls up and down the hallway are loud and heavy. The bed gave me back issues and the box spring had an unsettling stain. The pillows were horrible. One wasn't enough and two was too high for your neck. Highly recommend bringing your own pillow. Having drink vending machines with reasonable prices was a lifesaver in the California heat and saved us from having to go to the convenience store over and over. The breakfast was good and the outdoor seating area was lovely. The ladies that served breakfast were wonderful and caring. Over all, I really wanted to like this hotel but the maintenance was lacking and the rooms were not comfortable or secure enough to put up with the uncomfortable pool situation or the floor bugs.

  Las habitaciones ya están algo deterioradas, pero el servicio es muy bueno y la ubicación es muy favorable para ir a Disney. El desayuno estuvo muy bien!

  Plumbing in the room doesn't work properly. House keeping will ignore the "do not disturb" sign and knock on the door in the middle of the night. Room phone rings also in the middle of the night. I won't visit here again.
